Le lieu, notre logement, le petit déjeuner, la location de vélo, la propreté du lieu, la piscine est superbe, la vue est magnifique

Everything was great! The location is amazing surrounded by rise fields and great landscapes, the family so lovely and the rent bikes for almost nothing g so you can move around the town (so close too). I would say that everybody should take this option!

The homestay is a real home stay, the family operating it are so nice and thoughtful. We had a wonderful time there, looking out to the mountains and rice fields. The location is outside the busy center, 10 minutes bicycle ride or 3 minutes with a taxi (grab gets there easily). They offer motorbikes and bicycle rentals. The food is made with love, but it is not a restaurant quality, it's home cooking, made fresh and with love. Our baby loved running around and playing with the owner's kids, it was lovely. We loved our time there and would be happy to come back.

Quiet surroundings and friendly atmosphere with great views

Tout !!!! la famille est génial nous avons partagé un repas avec eux, ils sont au petit soin... Les enfants sont des amours !!!! Le cadre est magique loin du bruit de la ville et dans les rizières !!!!! Les chambres sont géniales, les dortoirs aussi !!!! Bref un endroit magique proche des vietnamien !!! ❤️🇻🇳❤️🇻🇳

Incroyable séjour dans cet Homestay, tout était parfait. L'endroit est situé au pied des rizières au calme, loin de l'agitation de la ville. Vous serez néanmoins a seulement quelques minutes du centre de Tam Coc. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres.
Le meilleur point pour nous a été l'accueil des hôtes, ils sont d'une très grande gentillesse et très proches des gens venus découvrir leur petit havre de paix.

A clean spacious room with a comfy bed, clean bedsheets and towels, toiletries provided.
The owners were friendly and welcoming - ready to help with any requests and issues.
A nice view of the cliffs and rice fields from the common area.
We were allowed to check in earlier as our bus arrived early in the morning - which was much appreciated!
The guest house is a 5 minute drive by car/bike to the town, which makes it a perfect base to explore the area while staying away from the noise of Tam Coc.
There are a few restaurants within walking distance (5-10 mins) from the guest house, offering good food at fair prices, so no need to go to town for food if you are feeling lazy or the weather is not great.

Lovely and quiet place, you can rent bike and bicycle directly here. The bungalow are clean, the owner is super friendly. 10/10 i strongly suggest if you want to stay around ninh binh.

Emplacement parfait pour se reposer et pas loin du centre de Tam Coc en vélo. Super accueil par la famille, c'était parfait.

Получился особенный опыт, ощущение будто живешь в семье. Хосты супер милые, вечером пригласили на домашний ужин, было оч вкусно и тепло. Местоположение для тех, кто хочет быть вдали от суеты, но на байке дорога занимает не более пяти минут от центра там кока. Гостевой дом спокойный и милый. Рядом горы и аисты. Цена сказка!!
