Pros:

We had an amazing stay at this homestay in Ninh Binh. The hosts were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make my husband’s birthday special—they even found his dream motorbike, which was very hard to get, and prepared a lovely surprise for him.

We loved it so much that we extended our stay. The room was perfect and the location was beautiful. What impressed us most is that this was the first place in Vietnam that didn’t ask us for a review, yet it turned out to be the best place we stayed here :)

Highly recommended.

Pros:

La piscine et les chambres sont propres.

Cons:

Le gel douche et shampooing étaient vide à notre arrivée.
Le petit déjeuner est moyen.
Un peu excentré mais location de scooter sur place.

Pros:

The accommodation was clean, the beds comfortable, one of the best accommodation we had in Vietnam. The view was amazing. The location is good for exploring the area by bike. Highly recommended.

Pros:

We loved this property! The owners were kind, and the Main Street and other attractions near Tam Coc were easy to reach with a simple bicycle! Our room was great, thank you!

Cons:

Lots of dead flies in the bathroom near the sink area :/

Best location. Nice facilities. Good bikes.
Pros:

Absolute best location to enjoy Ninh Binh. The owner is helpful and friendly and the constant availability of bicycles is great. We rode bikes to see the birds, to the caves, to the ancient city and the host booked us a tour to the national park. Super easy walking distance to several good restaurants.

Cons:

The bed was hard--not any harder than many others but I took the duvet off our extra bed and folded it for a mattress pad. I have old bones and need a little give in my mattress. That said, I would still stay here again but would plan ahead for my comfort.

Pros:

An absolutely amazing stay! The accommodation was beautiful, perfectly clean, and in a great location, within walking distance of everything. But what makes this place truly special are the owners. They are incredibly kind people who went above and beyond for us. Whatever we needed to arrange, nothing was a problem. We felt right at home here.

Agréable homestay à Tam Coc
Pros:

L’emplacement est un peu à l’écart de Tam Coc donc plus au calme. Ils prêtent gratuitement des vélos et proposent des scooters à la location. Les bungalows sont quasi neufs. La piscine est un vrai plus !

Cons:

Les bungalows étaient assez humides. La baignoire se remplissait si lentement que nous n’avons pas pu prendre de bain (rien de grave !). Des cris d’un homme (venant de la maison d’en face ?) nous ont réveillés 2 matins.

Preis Leistung top, einfaches Frühstück ist ok, aufgrund Lage, Gemütlichkeit und netter Besitzerin in jedem Fall würden

Gemütlich, ruhig, sehr schöne Lage

Cons:

tägliche Reinigung ist uns nicht so wichtig, aber in vier Tagen den Müll entsorgen wäre sinnvoll

Pros:

Everything was great! The location is amazing surrounded by rise fields and great landscapes, the family so lovely and the rent bikes for almost nothing g so you can move around the town (so close too). I would say that everybody should take this option!

Wonderful homestay with the best views, outside the hustle of the main area
Pros:

The homestay is a real home stay, the family operating it are so nice and thoughtful. We had a wonderful time there, looking out to the mountains and rice fields. The location is outside the busy center, 10 minutes bicycle ride or 3 minutes with a taxi (grab gets there easily). They offer motorbikes and bicycle rentals. The food is made with love, but it is not a restaurant quality, it's home cooking, made fresh and with love. Our baby loved running around and playing with the owner's kids, it was lovely. We loved our time there and would be happy to come back.
