Pros:

Appartamento abbastanza grande per 4 persone, pulito e in una zona carina piena di konbini e posti in cui mangiare. A 10 minuti a piedi c'è la fermata di Shin-Ōkubo dove passa la Yamanote Line (Shinjuku, Harajuku, Shibuya)

Cons:

Non è un problema dell'appartamento quanto di chi è fortunatamente (o sfortunatamente, in questo caso) abbastanza alto. Attenzione di notte se andate in bagno al buio perchè si prendono delle belle incornate

Pros:

ロケーション最高で、なによりも土日なのに4人で1万2千円だったのでかなりコスパがよかった！部屋も値段の割に広いので良かった。

Cons:

個人的にトイレの床がタイルなのがいやでした。あと風呂がカビキラー？的な匂いなのと部屋もいい匂いとはいいがたかったです。ただ、値段と立地考えればかなりコスパはいいので泊まるだけには最高でした。

It's okay
Pros:

Within walking distance to stores, restaurants and train station. Beds were okay. They had clean towels and hand towels. Washing machine worked good.

Cons:

They don't have name or billboard outside, kitchen sink had a nasty smell. Kitchen and bathroom are outdated. You can hear neighbors at night next to room or outside. No place to leave luggage for early arrival or leave. Tried to communicate with host but never received a reply.

Un pied-à-terre idéalement situé pour vivre l'effervescence de Shinjuku.
Pros:

Bon emplacement : en plein cœur du quartier coréen de Shinjuku, très animé le soir avec de nombreux restaurants (coréens), tout en étant dans une rue adjacente incroyablement calme.
Le studio, bien que petit, est très fonctionnel. Pour notre famille de quatre (dont 2 ados), c'était parfait pour une base où dormir et explorer la ville.
La propreté était irréprochable à notre arrivée.
La présence d'une laverie automatique à 10 minutes à pied est un vrai plus pour un séjour de plusieurs jours.

Cons:

La plus grande difficulté a été de trouver l'immeuble. La photo fournie par le propriétaire pour nous repérer n'était plus à jour car le commerce à côté de l'entrée a changé. Cela a rendu l'arrivée un peu stressante.
