very worst nightmare to stay in.
Pros:

nothing. the customer service was very awful.

Cons:

the customer service was very awful. they just gave us a very thin blanket. the sheets and pillowcase are dirty, and the towels are old. the shower heater is not working. there are no shampoo or soap included. when i booked the unit, we are supposed to occupy the first floor, but they gave us 8th floor instead. there is a lift maintenance in a saturday morning, which means we have to use the stairs going up and the host never inform us about this.

Good but not good
Pros:

The place is nice and the price is very reasonable ❤️

Cons:

Is the staff the person who assest me going to my room, he ask me for a deposit Which i didnt get back after staying just 1 night , he promise to send it after checking the room
Thru gcash , this is like a budol or scam to me

The unit was not used much because we had roommates in another tower but their units are all very clean before you will

We have to cut our stay short although the fee is non refundable as the place doesn’t suit our needs.
Pros:

The unit is near to shops, transport and malls.
Easy access to everything we need.
The staff were helpful.
The owner respond quite prompt.
The pool view.
The pool— needed extra access though.

Cons:

The property were not properly cleaned.
The extra linen looked unkept and used.
Misleading information on the website.-there were no amenities that were listed on booking.com.—no shower soap/gel. Shampoo almost empty. Washing machine has to be set up.
Not suitable for us.
Most of the socket were lose couldn’t charge our electronics as it keeps on falling.
Flying bugs on the drain.
Leaking toilet.
Etc.
