Ring Stone Hotels Old City

Staff was excellent, breakfast was great and had a nice variety. Hotel is conveniently located close to the T1 station. The family room was clean and we liked the royal design.

The Staff, particularly Tatiana, the Manager, who at all times wanted to know if all was OK with our room. We were assigned the best room, with a fantastic view of the Bosphorus and Hagia Sophia. The breakfast area was a bit tight, especially at 8am, when the hotel opened for breakfast. The hotel is strategically located... all main points of interest in Istanbul were only 10-15min walk!

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property was immaculately clean and beautifully maintained, creating such a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were the friendliest I have ever encountered at any hotel—they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

We were visiting because my mother had surgery, and the level of care and compassion we received was truly unmatched. The staff were so accommodating to her needs and even went out of their way to upgrade our room, which made her recovery more comfortable.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day right. Honestly, this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you to the entire team for making what could have been a stressful trip so much easier and more enjoyable! Our home away from home.

Nos gustó mucho quedarnos en este hotel. En invierno las habitaciones del edifico principal son sustancialmente mejores, ya que para acceder al edificio secundario hay que hacerlo por el exterior y a través de escaleras.
Las habitaciones son cómodas y con todo lo que necesitas. El armario es quizás un poco pequeño para estancias largas. El desayuno es bueno y abundante. Otro punto fuerte del hotel son sus trabajadores, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. La localización es muy buena, en pleno centro cerca de las atracciones principales.

Amazing stay

Excelent location. Only few minutes walk to Hagia Sophia and Blue mosque. Also close to Grand Bazar. We stayed in Presidential suite and it was very clean and spacious and had a very good sea view.

The hotel is brand new and very beautiful. The staff was amazing, helpful and very pleasant. Everyone speaks English so communication was easy.
The breakfast was very good.
Location is great, uphill but not steep.

First of all, the hotel staff is amazing and extremely helpful. Exceptional customer service, hands down one of the best places I’ve ever visited. Hotel is an old bank that converted to a hotel, which is pretty awesome. Room that I stayed at was very clean, and did not feel like your typical hotel feeling. Great breakfast, and location-wise one to the best spots you can find. It’s walking distance to blue mosque, grand bazaar, spice market and other touristic spots. I like the fact that it’s not in the middle of the chaotic streets where noise never ends. I want to thank Cengiz, Muhammet, Gökhan, Suleyman, and Serdal for their great hospitality. I can’t recommend this place enough.
