Da localidade !

Cons:

Cheguei ao local por volta das 18h30. Aluguei o imóvel porque era perto da rodoviária e ficaria até às 00h30. Infelizmente, o chuveiro do flat estava dando um curto-circuito, mesmo quando desligado. Só descobri que era o chuveiro depois de tomar banho, quando percebi de onde vinha o barulho. Enviei uma mensagem para o proprietário informando o ocorrido, já que ele não mora no local. A resposta foi que só poderiam enviar um técnico no dia seguinte. Como tinha medo de pegar fogo, desliguei a caixa de energia. Por causa dessa situação, não me senti completamente à vontade no local.

A localização é dentro do bairro mas é próximo do centro. A limpeza estava impecável e tudo estava arrumado.

Não havia sabonete disponível e a TV não funciona bem, trava toda hora.

Pros:

Local limpo, organizado, espaçoso, silencioso, bom chuveiro, cama e sofá cama excelentes, bom atendimento dos responsáveis, garagem fechada e com cobertura, cozinha com equipamentos e utensílios de uso rotineiro (micro ondas, pratos, talheres, cafeteira, fogão, geladeira, panelas, etc), e boa localização!
