لايوجد ايي شي عجبني استغربت ليش محصل تقييم عالي لايستحق ابدا
شقة وصخة ويوجد حشرات فيها وجود عفن و النمل مليان وريحة ادوات الطبخ اجيب القرف

وكذلك لايوجد سفتي بوكس لوضع اغراضك يعني اليوم الي ينظفون لك تشيل معك كل فلوسك واغراضك
وانا اسافر كثير وسكنت في اماكن اقل تقييما بس مثل وصاخة هشقة ماشفت
حرام الصراحة فيها المبلغ الي دفعتة
اعجبني كثيراةالموقع فقد كان نستطيع مشاهدة الالعاب الناريه من الشرفه
حمام الغرفه الرئيسيه كان الباب زجاجي شفاف لا ينفع الا للزواج فقط
The location was good. We could see the fireworks and the show from the balcony.
While the location is great, the customer service was awful. A week before arriving, I requested an extra crib for my 8-month-old twins (our booking already included one free crib). First, they confirmed it. Then, they changed it to an extra bed.
When we arrived after a long flight with exhausted babies, the staff and manager refused to honor their messages and demanded we pay for both the extra bed and the free crib. The manager even threatened to withhold our room if we didn’t pay. In the end, we didn't get our free crib. They also tried to falsely charge us for our "free" shuttle, and the room's shampoo/conditioner bottles weren't refilled.
Save yourself the stress. There are plenty of other places nearby with the same views but much better customer service.

The house is clean, very neat, and strategically facing towards the town where you can enjoy the fireworks every night. They have airport transfer service too for VND250k. There is a mart next door until 3am.
We were not informed that we have to pay some deposits to use the iron. It was not even indicated in the booking details. The iron is listed in the amenities, so to our understanding, generally with the other previous bookings, the iron is available at the premise and we are free to use it. We had to wait for the staff to deliver it to us the next morning after numbers of texts and calls. We told the owner that our itinerary starts at 7am the next day, but the staff only came at almost 9am. We have wasted a few hours! PLEASE, list down all of the amenities that require deposits on the booking page next time.
