Beautiful property with comfortable stay.
Pros:

Beautiful property, great location and amazing view of kiss bridge and fireworks at night. The property was equipped with all the basic necessities and we had a pleasant stay at the property.

BED BUGS BE AWARE!!

BED BUGS!!

Cons:

My husband and I were very badly affected with BED BUG bites. There appears to be very little care taken in cleaning and hygiene. Unfortunately, we didn’t read all the negative reviews before booking. Would definitely not stay here again.

Fräscht hotell med bra gym[dock 26 gr] o härlig pool på taket.Perfekt läge med utsikt från taket.Dock kunde personalen varit mera tillmötesgående.Bra o rymligt rum.

Cons:

Få solstolar vid poolen.Städning kl 18 på em varannan dag.Vi skulle få vatten o byte av handdukar varje dag men fick säga till om det.För varmt k gymmet för att träna.Personalen var oengarerade.Dålug bemanning i receptionen.Få pratade engelska

Excellent location, but average cleanliness.
Pros:

The location was excellent. The housekeeping was average. They forgot to change the pillow covers from the previous stay and there was hair on the pillow cover. The other parts of the room and toilet was clean. The staff were friendly.

Cons:

Bed cleanliness. Dirty sheets and pillow covers on bed.

Great view- some staff nice - need daily cleaning- Customer is on holiday !!!!

Staff who could not be bothered helping made it feel like hard work!!!
Water should come every day - doesn’t you have chase it! They tell you to book days in advance for cleaning then want to do it that same day cause it suits them!!! Staff need to remember we are their customers!!!! Pool “lifeguard “ a JOKE!!! He’s a Lazy kid who spends his time on his phone with friends or use walkie talkie to other lazy kids who are life guards at other hotels roof top pools!!! Kids jumping in dangerously on strangers in pool & it’s just accidents waiting to happen & makes pool not only dangerous but impossible to enjoy!!!!

Would not return but was ok value for money I suppose.

Great location and spacious rooms

Cons:

Terrible check in experience. No facilities eg no breakfast area, no laundry service etc. Alarm went off one morning before 7am. We were ordered to evacuate. Had no idea why. No one one in the lobby explaining what was happening. We found out someone had burnt food in their kitchen and so smoke alarm was activated so in that way they were very safety conscious and got everyone out although we were sure not many people even bothered to leave their rooms.
