Pros:

1. Strategic place - at the center of SP
2. Staff were friendly
3. A cute goat and cats roaming around add a unique charm
4. Spacious room

Cons:

1. No toiletries were provided, not even hand soap. Thankfully, I brought my own.
2. No dustbin was provided in the washroom, which is inconvenient for ladies to dispose sanitary pads.
3. No water heater and very slow water pressure. A pail and cebok were provided but were very dirty.
4. The pillow was very flat.
5. No vanity mirror. Need to use the one in the toilet

Room not maintained well and bit dusty (we sneezed a lot once using the beds), bathroom door lock is broken, toilet bowl stained due to improper deep cleaning- same goes to bathroom walls, they should replace the cover of iron board please

The experience was awful but worth the price bcs its cheap and we got it bad quality
Cons:

There’s no elevator, we have to climb the stairs to 3rd/4th floor
The deco & surrounding is creepy
The water pressure in bathroom was very slow
The air conditioning not cold enough
Tv is under maintenance
The bed was hard and not comfy
Towels is bad quality which does not absorb water.

the staff, very friendly

Cons:

1. theres no elevator, its quite a nuisance since i have a toddler with me, so to climb till 4 storey with bags and a kid is not easy
2. semua benda berhabuk dalam tu. ye tahu maybe tak ramai datang situ tapi kemas lah
3. water pressure low sangat. air keluar sikit gila.
4. aircond tak sejuk, boleh dah kot service
