Pros:

Location is excellent, just walking distance from shin okubo station, restaurants are very near and Don Quijote is also few steps away. The room has complete stuffs like washing machine and some clothes hangers, microwave and cooking/eating utensils. There are also toiletries. Easy self check-in and the owner is always responsive to my questions.

Cons:

The TV channels are also in japanese, no english channels.

Very nice experience, expectations matched!!
Pros:

the property was clean, well located, good furniture and tools. The assistance was also very efficient. Good value for money, I recommend it!!

Cons:

The WiFi very often, almost everyday for a few hours wasn't working at all. You can bypass the issue using your data phone with the hotspot though.

Pros:

Great location, very close to the train station !The apartment was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the washing machine was simple to use, and a drying rack was provided.

Cons:

No dryer, The room was a bit small.

Wouldn't stay again sadly
Pros:

- location is very convenient, close to train station and close to Shinjukun, easy to find, stores and restaurants nearby
- quite big room for Tokyo
- there is all basic kitchen equipment you could need (but no utensils)
- comfy clean bed

Cons:

- it was dirty and cold: mold in bathroom, broken shower head fixed with tape, random dirt in washing machine, dirty floors - everytime we walked barefoot for a little inside our feet got black - there were slippers avaible but they were apparently used and there were hairs on them

- there was strong unpleasant sewerage smell from the toilet right on 2nd day and it didn't end during 5 nights of stay, tried to contact owners about it right away, no answer at all

- no communication from owner, we contacted them twice, on booking and their official email, never got an answer so good luck if you get any more serious issue there

- no detergants for washing machine, if you ain't local and not sure which one to buy and use for it...good luck you won't get answer. We ratger used coin laundry nearby

- apartmant is old and it shows on being supercold in this time of year already, there is a heater but its directly above bed so if you don't fancy warm air to your face when sleeping, you will turn it off and until morning the room get super cold again

Great location, amazing stay
Pros:

Very clean, modern and comfortable, they had hotel linnen which was an amazing touch. You can see the hosts dedication to hospitality. It also had a kitchen although not very well equipped (1 pair of chopsticks as cutlery and one pan) there were enough cups and plates.

Cons:

There could have been more cutlery, spoons, forks, knifes, more than 1 pair of chopsticks would’ve been nice. However you can get plastic utensils easily at the convenience stores nearby so it was not a big deal.

Cons:

I was having issues getting in and called them (at night), they answered saying they don't speak English.. Messaged them to remove the second bed and make it back into sofa and they replied two days later after I checked out..
