Must be better offers in the area.
Pros:

Exceptional cleanliness, friendly staff, excellent location. High quality slippers.

Cons:

- had to ask every single morning for a clothes iron, they didn’t leave it in the room at all;
- room cleaning didn’t replenish the aenities each day(tea and coffee);
- the so called parking lot is an embarrassment; it’s a courtyard used by many others living in the area; it’s look like the pavement was bombarded, you barey have room to turn around if it’s full: there are only around 5 so called parking lots for the entire hotel; I had to park each day on the street because there no places inside and each time I had to enter, realise there was nowhere to park and spent 5 min wiggling my way out to the street;
- the breakfast offer was also super poor, maybe ok for a 2-3 star hotel not for what they advertise to be a 5 star hotel; my friend stayed across the street at Concordia and I was amazed by how he described their breakfast; also on Monday morning they didn’t even bother with breakfast because there weren’t enough guests! They only offered an omellette and a small variety of cheese and cold cuts;
- while the restaurant was ok on Sunday evening, they played Manele 😀.

Déçu par le management
Pros:

Situé en plein centre, à proximité des petits commerces et des restaurants. Personnel agréable à l’accueil et au restaurant. Petit déjeuner correct. De bons oreillers au lit, mais…

Cons:

… lit un peu trop dur et couette pas assez chaude. Décoration de la chambre au goût douteux (fesses de femme). Isolation acoustique par rapport à la rue médiocre, fenêtres fermées, on entend les fêtards crier au milieu de la nuit et le passage des voitures (chambre au troisième étage). Salle de bain petite et peu pratique.
Attitude du management lors de la demande de modification de la réservation alors que c’est un séjour business amené à se répéter régulièrement pendant les six prochains mois. Je choisirai un autre hôtel la prochaine fois.
