Personnel très agréable à l’écoute et gentil !
Bon wifi, En placement parfait !
Petit déjeuner copieux.

Cons:

Cependant l’eau chaude est timide, pas toujours la.
Une prise dans la chambre était arraché et une autre ne fonctionnait ainsi qu’une fuite d’eau au plafond.
Sinon mise à part ces détails très bien.

Pros:

Os funcionários prestam um atendimento de excelência. O pequeno-almoço, embora não tivesse muita variedade, estava tudo muito bom e a minha filha adorou. A vista é excelente e o hotel, no geral, é bastante agradável, especialmente nas zonas comuns.

Cons:

Tenho de referir a questão da limpeza. As camas estavam limpas e com um cheiro agradável, assim como os lavatórios e as sanitas, o que foi positivo. No entanto, houve alguns pormenores que precisam claramente de mais atenção, nomeadamente a tampa da banheira, o tubo do duche e a própria cabeça do chuveiro, que apresentavam bastante sujidade.

Apesar de o quarto ter também alguns aspetos menos positivos, como certos acabamentos, a falta de copos, a falta de um sabonete liquido para a limpeza das mãos e a ausência de secador no quarto, que tive de pedir na receção, acredito sinceramente que, se a limpeza tivesse estado impecável, a minha opinião e experiência teriam sido bastante diferentes. Ainda assim, talvez desse uma nova oportunidade ao hotel, na expectativa de encontrar melhorias, e só depois tiraria uma conclusão definitiva.

Cons:

Douche et toilette brisées, pas de toit au balcon pour couvrir la pluie, oreillers ultra minces et inconfortables. Déshumidificateur non fonctionnel. En besoin de rénovation.

The location was perfect with the beautiful views of the marina, breakfast was always on time with selection of items, the room had a most comfortable bed i have ever slept in and the staff was super friendly and helpful especially Alex and Enrique
