Comentariu aplicabil celor cu copii. Stafful hotelului e foarte strict cu cazarea dupa ora 16, nici macar nu au verifiat daca camera ar fi libera sa disponibila mai devreme. Niciun pic de flexibilitate, desi calatoream cu un copil de 3 ani. Daca ziua de cazare incepe dupa ora 16, unde ar putea sa isi faca un somn de dupa-amiaza? Mi s-a spus ca voi fi sunat cand camera e disponibila. Au sunat la 18.20! Bineinteles ca ne-am cazat in alta parte. Dar aceasta e abordarea cand hotelul incaseaza in avans pretul. Niciun fel de solicitudine/ amabilitate. Aviz celor cu copii! Cu siguranta un NO GO!

Late edit: Cred ca nu ati inteles. Am fost sunati sa venim sa ne cazam abia dupa ora 18....
niciun pic de amabilitate, empatie sau abordare proactiva fata de client.

Camerele mari, curate și foarte călduroase. Poziție foarte bună a hotelului.
Personal amabil și înțelegător, au făcut tot posibilul și ne-au ajutat cu checkin -ul mai devreme.
Mic dejun bun și variat, locuri de parcare.
