Awesome
Pros:

We love the location ! Breakfast is great , beds are soft , everything is clean and everyone is nice and helpful !

Cons:

Don't have any complaints, kiddos would have like a deeper pool but other than that everything is great!

Pros:

The hotel was overall comfortable, clean, and had a pleasant atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and suitable for a long stay, which made my experience enjoyable.

Cons:

Parking was a major issue; we were not allowed to use the hotel’s parking and had to park on nearby streets. Although I didn’t experience any problems, I believe this was purely luck. Housekeeping was also quite poor. On some days, even after removing the “Do Not Disturb” sign, the room was not cleaned. When we requested service, there were delays and no one arrived at the promised time. I was also asked to leave the room during cleaning, and overall, I was not satisfied with the quality. When I requested a vacuum cleaner, it was provided reluctantly.

Pros:

It could’ve been better the first day there wasn’t any cups or plates and barely any food out with a line of people waiting

Cons:

The parking could be better. I was blocked in the first night and couldn’t leave to go anywhere for the night. The second night my parking spot got taken

La habitación súper espaciosa y con buen vista

Cons:

Tienen poco personal para cubrir en l hora del desayuno, cuando llegue a desayunar no había café, mezcla para Panquecas, leche para el cereal y jugo de naranja, había una cola enorme de personas esperando la mezcla para preparan los waffles, no había leche para el cereal tuve que pedirla, cuando fui a tomar café estaba vacío el dispensador.

Pros:

It was a short walk to Beale St

Cons:

There was no parking the choices were on the street or $45 for valet parking which was not on site and according to the app for put car it was moved at least 4 times without a good answer from the staff in the morning

I liked how friendly,informative and attentive the staff was..they made sure I was ok even when my Lyft drivers came to pick me..up the breakfast was great and my room was also and we were really close to beale Street,fedex forum and walking distance from the Lorraine motel

Cons:

My view but it was the hotels fault ..a building was doing construction

Cons:

Breakfast items were slim options and out of stock. Coffee was always out along with glassware. Staff wasn't very attentive with guests in the lobby. Personal conversations and telling the guests to hold on before helping. I saw thus on multiple occasions along with myself. I was out of shower gel and was never filled. Family of four had to use the small bar of soap. When spending $1000 on room definitely lacking the service that is associated with Hilton.

Location cleanliness very nice facility.

Cons:

All the staff was very nice except one don’t know her name. She had long braids other than that. Everyone was nice.
