Ko bao giờ đặt lại ks này
Cons:

Đã xác nhận đặt phòng trên booking cho khách nhưng nhận over rồi báo huỷ phòng ngang với nhiều lí do như hệ thống lỗi, phòng bị sập, nhân viên mới không biết. Đã vậy báo còn rất trễ và cận ngày, không có phòng linh động cho khách, cách xử lí kém! Mặc dù sáng hôm sau có liên hệ báo đã có phòng nhưng trong tối đó mình đã kiếm ks khác rồi chứ ko phải cứ phụ thuộc vào một ks như vậy. Nói chung là tệ!
