Gayet iyi, sezon sonu olduğu için biraz yenileme zamanı gelmişti onun dışında çok memnun kaldım

Keyifli Konaklamanın Adresi
Pros:

Otel tek kelimeyle harikaydı. Girişimizden itibaren gösterilen ilgi, odaların kalitesi, sessizliği ve huzur ortamı çok hoşumuza gitti. Balkonlu odamız ağaçlara bakıyordu. Gerek odanın gerekse banyonun dekorasyonunu çok beğendik. Ödediğimiz bedelin çok üzerinde bir hizmet aldığımızı söylemeliyim. Ayrıca otelin hemen karşısındaki otoparkı ücretsiz kullanma imkanı da çok rahatlık sağladı. Konumu da çok merkezi. Sahile 3-4 dakikalık bir yürüyüşle ulaşılıyor. Arabasız gelecekler de sahildeki duraktan belediye otobüsüyle ya da sık kalkan minibüslerle Ayvalık'a ulaşabilirler. Biz arabayı otoparkta bırakıp minibüs ile gidip geldik. Kısacası tatilimizde her şey çok keyifliydi. Kahvaltı tabağını da ayrıca belirtmeden geçemeyeceğim. Kendi mutfaklarında fırından çıkan çıtır simitler ve kruvasanlarla çok lezzetli bir kahvaltı tabağı sundular. Peynir çeşitleri ve tüm malzemeler bol boldu. Yine Ayvalık'a ya da Cunda'ya gittiğimizde kesinlikle bu otelde kalacağız. Herkese gönül rahatlığı ile tavsiye ederim. Ortunç markasının kalitesini hissedeceksiniz.

Olumsuz ya da iyileştirilmesi gereken hiçbir husus görmedik. Teşekkür ediyoruz.

Özensiz, sıradan, hak ettiğinden pahalı...
Pros:

Kahvaltı iyi sayılır. Konum gezi yerlerine yakın. Araç kullanmadan kordona çıkabiliyorsunuz.

Cons:

Yola çok yakın. Gürültü ve araç kirliliği var. Personel ilgisiz. Otele girişte valizlerinize kimse yardımcı olmuyor. Biz bellboy falan görmedik. Garaj yerine kadar eşyalarımızı kendimiz taşıdık.
