Comfortable but hard to find
Pros:

This is not a hotel, owner rents few apartments at the 7th floor of tall residential building. Still, the apartment was small (room with kitchen annex) but well organized and convenient, quiet, A/C and WiFi OK.

There is a big shopping mall with food court in the walking distance, but apart from that, not much around, one needs a taxi to city center.

Cons:

It is not easy to find it and get in! There are no signs whatsoever (building is large and have several entrances), unless you spot small marks on the mailbox next to proper entrance. We got a key from this mailbox, but code to it was not sent in advance, so one needs internet access to contact owner waiting at the entrance. For some reasons, even GSM signal there was very weak and our e-SIM internet was hardly working, so it took ages.

Other thing, kitchen cooking facilities and dishes are microscopic in size.

Sehr gutes Apartment mit allem was man braucht
Pros:

Das Apartment ist super.
Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und man hat alles was man benötigt von Wasserkocher bis Kochfeld und allem was dazu gehört.
Das Personal ist auch super nett und hat sich um alles gekümmert und einem auch sehr gute Tipps für die Umgebung und die Weiterreise geben.

Cons:

Leider ist das Wifi nicht wirklich gut, aber ausreichend für die wichtigsten Dinge.
Die Lage ist auch etwas außerhalb und leider gibt es außer einen kleinen Supermarkt im Erdgeschoss auch keine anderen Märkte in der Umgebung.

Pros:

Very nice owner who helped us get settled into our room. We got a lot of complimentary snacks and he was on standby our whole stay for questions. We liked the swimming pool.
