chuẩn bị lục đục từ sớm, cứ nghĩ là ngon lành, ai dè xe hỏng, trời mưa, đến nơi muộn. cũng may đến nơi mọi chuyện lại thuận lợi. khởi đầu âm điểm mà kết thúc 9.5.
Khi mình mua thì không có bữa sáng, có thể mình không rõ nhưng ở đó có mô hình kinh doanh ăn sáng bên ngoài ko phải do khách sạn nấu.120k một vé, ăn không có gì, và phục vụ cũng không hài lòng,
giá phòng chưa bao gồm ăn sáng lại còn chưa bao gồm vé bơi, dùng gì lại phải mua thêm. nên để giá phòng bao gồm hết các dịch vụ như vậy sẽ tiện cho khách hàng hơn.
Đến ngước nhìn lên khách sạn phía xa xa, đang băn khoăn thì anh nhân viên Drift quả xe điện ( hơi hơi) giật mình. phi xe điện lên dốc cũng là trải nghiệm thú vị. chuyến đi thành công nên mình ủng hộ.
View biển tuyệt đẹp, đúng biển xanh, nắng vàng. phòng ốc sạch sẽ, thơm tho, nhân viên nhãn nhặn, cẩn thận. đồ giặt xong gấp gọn, gói lại gọn gàng, thơm tho. nguyên cái đó xứng đáng 10 điểm luôn rồi

the private pool with our suite was nice. could have been a little cleaner but overall was nice to have that convenience.

The view from the room was beautiful, the room was clean, and the area was average.
I had a terrible experience! Normally, service in Vietnam is great, but this was the worst. We booked through Booking.com, but it turned out to be more like an Airbnb rental, not a direct reservation with the resort. Our initial two-night booking was canceled due to no availability, so we booked directly with the resort and paid. However, the Airbnb host contacted me, claiming to be a hotel receptionist. I gave her the confirmation code for our PAID booking and explained the situation. Despite us providing evidence, she never clarified that she wasn't a resort receptionist and didn't help us find the correct personnel. Her name is Hoang Anh, and I'm unsure if she actually works with Apec Mandela Mui Ne, but that's what she claimed to be while we kept in contact with her. Instead of meeting with us in person to figure the situation out she later accused us of not paying and demanded additional payment while holding one of our passports. We ended up paying three times what we expected and received poor service from both the Airbnb and the resort. The resort was overpriced, and staff were unhelpful and unresponsive to foreigners despite trying to use translators to communicate.
I waited more than 2 hours (2 pm to 4 pm to checking) , and once go to the apartment no electricity, and no parking space car, i parked on the road, and waited until 6.30 pm but no electricity. then i decide to leave from hotel. the agent agreed to give the money back. I had very bad experience. i can't recommend it to any fogriner.
The infinity pool had a great view. The swim up bar was nice.
Didn’t realize this is a 3rd party and not part of the hotel. They first brought us to a different room that was much worse. After complaining, they brought to the one from the pics. But the internet didn’t work. They replaced the router, but it still didn’t work and then they stopped responding to messages.
Maybe it was mostly because we came on the holiday. The place was rammed with people. The pool and breakfast were not included.
If the facility enforced an adults pool for the one with the bar, that’d have made the experience a lot better. There were so many kids in every pool. They were jumping and splashing right where we were having a drink at the pool bar.
The beach in front is nice. I didn’t realize quite how far it is from downtown.
There was no breakfast
We went there during holiday in Vietnam, usually the service is bad then. We had booked two rooms but at checkin they changed for family room, that was ok, the room has swimming pool, that is great but we suffered with air condition, it didn't work well, it was hot enough in room, they could not fix it either could not change another rooms because all fully booked (but they brought two fans). No wifi, mobile signal was very weak (the hotel is in remote place while too many people joined to the network, it caused overloading). There is no restaurant service in the hotel complex while our car got stuck at parking, so we could not move. so, overall we suffered the staying.
