Loved the location, and the breakfasts and other meals were fabulous! The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful.

Room was a bit too small and on the top floor
the staff were so accommodating and friendly and the room was in a fantastic location. We also really enjoyed the breakfasts and were made to feel very welcome
because of the type of building noise carries and the movement of other guests can be heard - for anyone who is a light sleeper earplugs may be needed! Especially as the bottles and bins are done in the wee hours due to the location.
Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Altstadt Yorks. Dort hat man die besten Voraussetzungen um durch die Gassen zu schlendern. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unser Gepäck konnten wir nach dem Auschecken problemlos dort lagern. Das Frühstück im angrenzenden Restaurant war richtig lecker, auch vegane Alternativen in Speisen und Getränken wurden angeboten. Sehr empfehlenswert.
Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre USB kompatible Steckdosen oder Adapter für internationale Gäste. Wir hatten Adapter dabei, aber da ich nichts zu bemängeln habe- hier ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag :)

Quiet despite being located in a busy area.
Breakfast- lukewarm had clearly been cooked earlier and kept warmish until serving, my bacon was not crispy and my husbands was hard, eggs were undercooked, which was a shame as ingredients were good.
Could do with a mirror in the bedroom by the dressing table - room 9.
