This is a lovely hotel. Clean and comfortable. The manager and staff are a credit to this place. The hotel has its own restaurant. We stayed bed and breakfast ,it was superb!. The hotel is in a fantastic position. Right on the doorstep to the Minster, restaurants and bars .

The staff were lovely and the owner/manager did all he could to ensure I had a comfortable stay.
The skylight was small and so the view over the town was not really available.
Room was small but well presented and very clean.
The toilet area was too small to really contain a sink, shower and the toilet basin as the door opened into the toilet also.

Location is excellent and the breakfast is great.
I used an American based Credit Card and the hotel initially had an issued processing the payment. At one point I offered to pay on arrival if there was still an issue. The hotel response, which I have never had before, we don't accept payment on arrival. I tried to pay again and this time it went through. We couldn't park close to unload the luggage but we made it work.
