Peaceful, relaxing would stay again
Pros:

Helpful staff organized safari and pick up, breakfast lovely and food prepared when wanted, pool very clean very quiet area. Was a good stay

Cons:

As reflected in the price some things needs to be updated but it’s not bad just dated.

Lovely stay
Pros:

Lovely maintained property in between the National park & the Elephant transit sanctuary.
Lovely rooms & delicious food. The host helped us with booking the elephant safari at a reasonable price

My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. It was a perfect place to relax and recharge.

Wouldn’t Recommend
Pros:

Location of the hotel was very close to the national Park.

Cons:

We think the owner forgot our booking as we arrived to locked gates & had to wait for 30 mins to be let in. We were being picked up for our morning safari at 5:45 am & we went outside to the gates locked again so no way of getting out. With the help of our safari guide we had to climb over a 6ft wall to get out.

rude and irresponsible
Cons:

the rudest personnel at the reception who I have ever meet at any hotel in any country. they don't even try to help ,just turn their back to me. the messed up my booking, sold the room to walk-in guests , let me alone at dark without any help or even few human words and they did not even apologize for their mistake. lowest level.avoid this place at all cost

Satisfied. Good service
Pros:

Good location with nice view. Value for money. Customer service is excellent. We went to safari and it also a good experience.
