Netjes, schoon en ruim appartement met prima prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Aanrader!
Pros:

We hadden appartement op bovenste verdieping. Vanuit woonkamer/keuken trap naar badkamer en slaapkamer. Voor Japanse begrippen heel veel ruimte. Super netjes, schoon en compleet met wasmachine. Locatie top, binnen 5-10 minuten lopen meerdere metro stations waarmee je snel op alle highlights bent. Om de hoek een kleine supermarkt met o.a. vers fruit ( dus net iets meer dan 7-eleven of Lawsons).

Cons:

Bedden naar mijn smaak net iets te hard.

Pros:

Nice calm location, silent at night. Subway/metro is close by. 7Eleven near by as well. The building is spotless, beautiful from the outside and the apartment (we had the artica) was really nice, quite impressed by the space, because rooms in Tokyo can be tiny. I would say it's perfect for two people, maybe a third person on the sleeping sofa is the max, but not sure how comfortable it is to sleep on it, as we didn't use it. The toilet is awesome, as expected in Japan :D we were very happy, was a good catch and would come back. Just be aware that the building does not have an elevator, you need to be fit and carrying up the luggage isn't easy (but you do it only once anyways...)

廚房沒有抹布，筷子也不成對，樓梯對搬大行李的人確實不方便

台所、レンジ、湯沸器、洗濯機などいたれり尽せりでとても良い所でした^ ^

殆どのものが揃っていて夜は洗濯をして浴室乾燥機で朝には洗濯物乾いていたし全体的にとても綺麗な宿泊施設でした^ ^

強いて言えばスリッパの足をつけるところがちょっといたんでいる所だけでした。

Pros:

Schönes und gut eingerichtetes Apartment in einer ruhigeren, sehr guten Lage. Reibungsloser Selbst-Check-in/Check-out. Waschmaschine war ein Plus. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Cons:

Das Apartment ist nicht sehr groß. Für Reisende mit sehr großen Koffern vielleicht nicht so optimal. Für uns hat es aber gepasst.

Really nice place to stay.
Pros:

It is a lovely apartment and really quiet location. We loved the beds perfect mattresses and pillows. Really nice location with 2 stations nearby. Easy to access the ground floor apartment with basement.

Pros:

This is our 3rd stay at the property. We stayed at a different unit this time but just like before, the unit is clean, modern, comfortable, spacious and quiet. Great non-touristy neighborhood very close to the neat trendy Kagurazaka area with tons of charming shops and eateries.
We will be back.
