I had a great time here
Pros:

The property location is very nice, quiet residential area lots of yummy bakeries around.
Found it very easy to get most places in Tokyo from here, oedo line is only a 5 minute walk away and it’s also a nice walk to iidabashi where you can get jr lines

Cons:

Bit dusty, but there’s a Dyson you can use in the lobby so it’s fine

Amazing clean apartment, well situated and spacious for Tokyo
Pros:

Perfect, spacious 2 levels apartment in between of 2 metro lines, one 3 minutes, another 8 minutes by foot. Clean, perfect for a couple or a couple with a child which was our case.
Kitchen had everything needed, even a rice cooker, but we’ve used the bare minimum. Sound isolation and beddings are perfect, like in a very good 4 star hotel. Bathroom is equipped with a washing machine which is great for a long stay.

Cons:

There are only slight improvements to be done: adding a soap in the bathroom as well as the feet towel. Also, should you wish to vacuum your apartment, be aware that there is no place to plug it at the ground floor - you’ll be therefore dependent on the previous user responsible behavior (=leaving the appliance clean and charged). Got a problem with the WiFi the 1st day upstairs, was resolved within 24 hours. Sincerely no major issue, great place for a 10 nights stay.

Pros:

It's small but very clean and modern, looks exactly like the pictures and we had a smooth experience. Communication with host was quick and easy. Area is very nice to walk around, quiet and pretty :)

Modern appartement with basics.
Pros:

Nice that the loft has a ‘view’

Cons:

Would have been nice if certain things were less basic - for **** accomodation a complete set of cuttlery, something on the bathroom floor, a kitchen cloth and a dish rack and so on may be expected.
Kitchen not so clean - sanitairy rooms were fine though.

Kagazurada stay
Pros:

Great area. Clean, tidy apartment in a lovely, laid back neighbourhood.

Cons:

Very small double room was not comfortable for two adults. We had stayed in other apartments/ hotels in Japan so we were used to smaller rooms but this was just too small.
Apartment was on the 4th floor and there were no lifts.One of our party had a leg injury so this was problematic.
This would suit 2 adults not 3, space wise.

Netjes, schoon en ruim appartement met prima prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Aanrader!
Pros:

We hadden appartement op bovenste verdieping. Vanuit woonkamer/keuken trap naar badkamer en slaapkamer. Voor Japanse begrippen heel veel ruimte. Super netjes, schoon en compleet met wasmachine. Locatie top, binnen 5-10 minuten lopen meerdere metro stations waarmee je snel op alle highlights bent. Om de hoek een kleine supermarkt met o.a. vers fruit ( dus net iets meer dan 7-eleven of Lawsons).

Cons:

Bedden naar mijn smaak net iets te hard.

Pros:

Nice calm location, silent at night. Subway/metro is close by. 7Eleven near by as well. The building is spotless, beautiful from the outside and the apartment (we had the artica) was really nice, quite impressed by the space, because rooms in Tokyo can be tiny. I would say it's perfect for two people, maybe a third person on the sleeping sofa is the max, but not sure how comfortable it is to sleep on it, as we didn't use it. The toilet is awesome, as expected in Japan :D we were very happy, was a good catch and would come back. Just be aware that the building does not have an elevator, you need to be fit and carrying up the luggage isn't easy (but you do it only once anyways...)

殆どのものが揃っていて夜は洗濯をして浴室乾燥機で朝には洗濯物乾いていたし全体的にとても綺麗な宿泊施設でした^ ^

強いて言えばスリッパの足をつけるところがちょっといたんでいる所だけでした。
