Tolles lokales Viertel.
Pros:

Es war sehr sauber, das Bad war für japanische Verhältnisse sehr groß. Ein tolles Viertel mit guten Möglichkeiten sich von den Menschenmassen in Tokyo zu erholen.

Cons:

Es fehlten Becher um sich Tee zu machen.

Die zentrale Lage und die Nähe zur U-Bahn. Ebenfalls in der Nähe: einige Restaurants, ein Supermarkt und eine Bäckerei.

Das charmante Viertel Kagarazuka mit seinen Cafés und Restaurants ist weniger als zehn Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Der Check-In verlief problemlos und Anfragen wurden schnell beantwortet.

Cons:

Der gut geschriebene Text und die professionellen Fotos wecken falsche Erwartungen - alles ist viel beengter als auf den Bildern.

Wir hatten zuerst die Maisonnette Wohnung im Erdgeschoß, die sehr dunkel war. Nur eines der beiden Schlafzimmer hat ein Fenster, das auf eine nahe Hauswand geht und ein wenig fahles Licht hineinläßt. Das Wohnzimmer und das Bad sind im Keller und sind nur mit elektrischem Licht nutzbar.

Uns störte das, und man hätte es in der Beschreibung erwähnen können. Wir zogen dann in den vierten Stock in die Wohnung mit Aussicht. Wobei mit Aussicht der verengte Blick auf die Rückfassade eines anderen Gebäudes gemeint war.

Beide Wohnungen wären laut Anbieter für vier und mehr Personen geeignet. Das mag für Japaner zutreffen, die an enge Wohnverhältnisse gewohnt sind. Wir waren zu zweit - und für mehr als zwei Personen wird es eng.

Die zentrale Lage macht allerdings einiges wieder wett. Und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmte.

Wir waren einige Tage hier und haben uns gefreut auch mal selbst kochen zu können. Der Check-in war kontaktlos und hat ohne Probleme funktioniert. Es gab sogar eine Anleitung mit Bildern. In der Nähe gibt es einige Shops und Restaurants und über die Ichigaya Station sind wir auch überall hin gekommen. Waschmaschine und andere Notwendigen Utensilien waren vorhanden.

Cons:

Es war etwas weniger Platz als erwartet. Zu Zweit mit den kleinen Tisch etwas zu Essen war möglich aber etwas beengend. Das Internet vom Fernseher war wirklich langsam. Selbst auf 144p musste zwischendurch gebuffert werden. Am Smartphone hatten wir diese Probleme aber nicht. War für uns aber kein Problem, da wir den Fernseher sowieso nicht gebraucht haben.
