Very very very nasty people with totally bad service
Pros:

Very bad people, i booked my booking 10-20 days back for twin room with king size 2 bed , but when u go there , the rooms are already booked , what a scam man , when customer reached to hotel with so much headache, he has no option except accepting any room which they are providing , and one more thing, they will never ever decrease the amount , they took money for double bed with twin room , but they provides 1 bed only with one room . I must say there is some kind of scam going on .
I will get my refund or not , i do not know , but i will strictly take an legal action on this .

Pros:

The staff was not attentive. Despite repeated requests to clean and change cups and glass in the room nothing was done, washbasin was clogged nothing was done for that. Overall a very bad experience.
