Love the convenience of not having to leave the terminal during an overnight layover. Room is plenty big enough for one person, there are a hundred food outlets steps away, and the bed is very comfortable.
Rather cold in the room for me, pillow is WAY too big, and one of the bathroom stalls had no toilet paper. The price excessive for a cabin and shared bathroom, but you pay for location.
Lo que más me gustó fue el confort de la habitación, su limpieza inmaculada, la comodidad de sus camas y El SILENCIO SUPREMO que permite el descanso. Nunca imaginé que en un hotel dentro de un aeropuerto no se sentiría absolutamente ningún ruido.
Me parece que el precio debería ser más asequible.

Свет горит в коридоре, ночью светло в номере, персонал не дружелюбен, полотенце, тапки и пр. принадлежности не выдали. Цена огромная, клетка 2м на 2м. За такую цену это не гуманно.
It’s convenient and you still get privacy to sleep in a busy airport, the shower and bathroom were rather clean. The employees at the desk were polite.
Other than being ridiculously overpriced for what you get, the bedding had holes and stains that I noticed only the next day. The pillow was super hard. The floor and table of the cubicle were clean, however. The AC didn’t work as expected, it was either too hot or too cold even when adjusting the temperature there was no noticeable difference.

Sooo convenient to have an overnight layover and sleep, all inside the airport. Very clean and tidy, staff was helpful. You can book in earlier and pay by the hour.
Long line at check in because they can't take cash and someone wanted to pay that way; scary that you can get out of your cabin without your key card because you could easily forget it inside; shared bathroom facilities not very large. It's very expensive, but you're paying for convenience.

It is nice, but good value.
It is unclear that the property has two locations in Istanbul airport. We booked the wrong one which needed a boarding pass and luggage was not allowed. After a call to the staff, they were kind enough to help my mom to finally get to her room.

Very unpleasant stay. The staff was not polite. The bathroom smells bad. It's very expensive. For around 3 hours, I payd 180 euro. 🤑
