Perfect stay in München downtown.

I found Koos Hotel's location to be excellent, as it's within walking distance of both the main sights and the Central Station (about 10 minutes). While I personally enjoyed the highly efficient modern system, I think it’s worth noting that it might be slightly difficult for older travelers who aren't as comfortable with technology.

Cons:

On the downside, being in the heart of the city means you can hear some traffic noise during the night. Additionally, there was a faint smell of smoke occasionally drifting in through the vent, which was a bit bothersome.

The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring the area. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the stay pleasant. The property itself is comfortable and overall we had a good experience.

Cons:

There were a few maintenance issues during our stay. The bathroom drain was not working properly, so the water would accumulate and we had to wait for it to drain before continuing the shower. The TV also didn’t work because the remote control seemed to be broken, and the coffee machine was not functioning properly either.

El personal de recepción muy atento y amable. Nos ayudaron en todas nuestras dudas, ya que llegamos algo tarde con nuestro hijo de año y medio y la verdad que lo agradecimos mucho. Las instalaciones muy limpias y bonitas y la habitación también. Por último, la ubicación muy buena para poder ir tanto al al centro como a la estación de tren a pie.
