Tem muito potencial, mas precisa urgentemente de remodelação.

Cons:

Funcionárias a falar pelas 8h em voz alta no Quartos ao lado durante a manutenção sem qualquer respeito por quem estava a descansar - não foi conversa ou som de minutos foi quase uma hora e isso não deveria acontecer parece já que as pessoas procuram ali repouso e relax. A Piscina também estava suja e não estava a funcionar como parte da estadia e deviam avisar isso nos anúncios e site.

Pros:

Pequeno- almoço - Muito completo. Havia um pouco de tudo.
Empregados - muito simpáticos

Cons:

O café estava frio. Talvez investir numa máquina que fique à disposição do cliente poderá resolver este problema.
Não consegui tomar banho de chuveiro - torneira misturadora a precisar reparação (quarto n.8) o que foi bastante desagradável.
As duplas janelas também estão a precisar de ser substituidas por outras mais performantes e que isolem o barulho proveniente da estrada que passa mesmo ao lado e eventualmente do frio no Inverno.

Hotel muito interessante, mas com aspetos a melhorar

A propriedade ocupada pelo Hotel corresponde a uma antiga quinta.
É ampla, tem imenso espaço verde, court de ténis e uma bonita piscina.
A minha opinião é que o potencial desta propriedade é brutal como hotel, mas que - à data de hoje - está claramente subaproveitada.

Cons:

O estado de conservação da propriedade é mediano.
Mas aquilo de que não gostei mesmo foi de ter feito uma pesquisa por alojamentos com piscina, não ter visto nada a chamar a atenção para a indisponibilidade no site do booking, e - já no hotel - perceber que a piscina estava fechada.
Disseram-me que estava visível no booking. Na app está mas usando o site da booking no telemóvel não está visível. No limite admito que até possa lá estar, mas não tem uma visibilidade fácil.
Se o hotel aparece nas pesquisas que são feitas com a opção "com piscina", tem de haver um esforço da plataforma para assegurar que o utilizador consegue - facilmente - entender que a piscina que o anúncio diz ter não está disponível.
Depois de explicar na app percebi que a piscina estava fechada de 15 de Setembro de 2025 a 12 de Junho de 2026 o que, para ser franco - considerando que estamos na Península de Setúbal - é manifestamente difícil de entender.
