Pros:

Fabulous stay, comfortable beds, delicious dinner. Great setting and location , in what used to be the family home to this family of wine makers, farmers and now providing top class acvommodation.

Cons:

The directions provided were not correct as it led us to their farm and head office so we spent 2hrs plus numerous telephone calls to get there.

Pros:

This was my second stay at Turim Club Azeitao and it was just a fantastic as the first time. The staff is the greatest! Very easy to communicate with because my Portuguese is terrible no matter how much I practice. Food is very good. My wife loves the hotel also, very close to her aunts house and city center. We'll be back! Probably in 2029.

no diade check out perguntei ao funcionário se podia fazer late check out por 1 hora, ao que ele me respondeu que estavam á espera de clientes. sinceramente não acredito, era uma segunda-feira e o movimento no hotel não era grande. portanto achei que foi muito pouco simpático.
Também devo dizer que as 16,45 ainda não tinham limpo o nosso quarto; fomo descansar um pouco e depois ja nao havia ningue para fazer a cama; no problem fizemos nós. acho sinceramente ridiculo que no verão façam a cama como edredão...mais trabalho para os clientes o tirarem a noite. De resto o hotel é interessante, bonito, a piscina linda. precisa de m udar a carpete dos corredores. O resto do pessoal foi muito simpatico.
