Personel harika. Emre bey bize her konuda çok yardımcı oldu, her sorumuza elinden geleni yaptı. Otel çok rahat, geç giriş yapmamıza rağmen, check out konusunda hiç problem yapmadılar. Allah razı olsun.

• Otelin konumu oldukça iyi. Eski şehre (Old City) çok yakın ve ulaşım oldukça kolay.
• Çalışanlar son derece güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Özellikle Islah ve Emre inanılmaz sempatik, ilgili ve her konuda yardımcı olmaya hazırdı. Kendilerine ayrıca çok teşekkür ederiz!
• Oda oldukça genişti ve balkonu vardı.
• Kahvaltı genel olarak iyiydi.

Cons:

* Genel olarak fiyat-performans açısından oteli pahalı buldum. Bu oteli özellikle Barrierefree ve sustainability özellikleri nedeniyle bilinçli olarak tercih ettim ve bunun için daha yüksek bir ücret ödemeyi de kabul ettim. Ancak benzer özelliklere sahip bir odayı başka otellerde çok daha uygun bir fiyata bulabilirdim. Bu nedenle ödediğim ücret karşılığında beklentilerim doğal olarak daha yüksekti.
* Banyo maalesef fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi değildi ve beklediğimizden çok daha küçüktü. Özellikle kilolu ve engelli bireyler için yeterince erişilebilir olmadığını ve oldukça dar olduğunu düşünüyorum.
* Televizyonda kaldığımız süre boyunca sinyal yoktu. Maalesef sorun konaklamamız süresince de giderilemedi.
* Otelin özellikle vurguladığı sürdürülebilirlik / sustainability konusunda, konaklamamız boyunca belirgin veya dikkat çekici herhangi bir uygulamaya açıkçası rastlamadım. Bu nedenle otelin sürdürülebilirlik alanında neden özel olarak öne çıktığını veya bu konuda neden bir ödül/sertifika aldığını anlamakta zorlandım.

It was perfect.
Pros:

Property was clean, stuff was super helpful especially receptionist Emre was trying make our stay great and he did. I would love to book the same hotel again and recommend everybody for whom looking for a convenient location, affordable and peaceful stay.
