Sheets were clean and the aircond chillness is good.

Cons:

Too small room and the toilet is placed outside the room. 5-10 rooms share a toilet. No privacy. Very small toilets. And too noisy outside till it's 1am.

Weak wifi and the noise from outside if stays at the back row of the property,
Room is too small and so are the shower and toilet rooms
