Un excellent établissement, avec un très bon accueil

Côté accueil, rien à redire, bien au contraire ! Nous avons été très bien reçus, avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de professionnalisme.

Côté chambres, elles sont très bien. Elles sont spacieuses et confortable. Tout est fait pour passer un agréable séjour.

Le petit déjeuner est de qualité, servi à l’extérieur sur la terrasse, ce qui permet de commencer la journée dans de très bonnes conditions.


Pour résumer : nous avons été super bien reçus, et avons passé un excellent moment dans cet établissement.

Rien à redire, bien au contraire !
Nous recommandons sans hésitation !

Pros:

Santa and Nicola were such lovely hosts, they really made the stay worth it for us. The bed was super comfy and the room was modern and spacious. You definitely need to book the breakfast if you stay here, Santa prepares a range of delicious homemade delicacies. Beautiful location and wonderful people to be around!

Nie wieder!! Schrecklich - aufgrund von massivem Schimmel, mangelhafter Ausstattung, schlechtem Frühstück und uneinsicht

Ich bin schon sehr viel gereist, so eine schlechte Unterkunft wie diese habe ich noch nie erlebt. Wenn es gehen würde, würde ich 0 Sterne vergeben. Es mag sein, dass es bessere Zimmer gibt, jedoch würde ich empfehlen die Zimmer in der Unterebene nicht zu buchen, sie weisen einen massiven Schimmelbefall auf, es gibt keine funktionierende Lüftung im Bad und kein Fenster! Wir haben eine Nacht im Zimmer 21 verbracht, und diese war wirklich schrecklich. Das einzig Gute, was ich zu dieser Unterkunft sagen kann, ist die Lage.
Das Frühstück am nächsten Tag war schlecht. Wenig Auswahl, die Crossaints haben geschmeckt als wären sie zwei Tage alt.
Als wir am nächsten Tag das Personal darauf angesprochen haben, reagierten sie komplett uneinsichtig. Leider hatte die Rezeption am Vortag nicht mehr offen, als den kompletten Schimmelbefall bemerkten (die Dusche ist mit einem blauen, undurchsichtigen Vorhang verhängt), sonst hätten wir dort nie übernachtet, vor allem, weil ich momentan schwanger bin und mir die Gesundheit von mir und meinem Kind am Herzem liegt. Liebes Hotel L‘Isula Rossa,
der Schimmelbefall in Zimmer 21 stellt ein erhebliches Gesundheitsrisiko dar. Dies widerspricht nicht nur den Leitlinien der Weltgesundheitsorganisation (WHO) für Innenräume, sondern auch den geltenden europäischen Qualitätsstandards für Beherbergungsbetriebe.
Wie auch schon in meinen privaten Nachrichten gefordert, erwarte ich mir eine entsprechende Entschädigung.
