front desk duty manager ( Mr. Vishal) is not reasonable/rational

food, room service, location .....good enough.

prices at which reservation is granted on booking.com website were not honoured this time...........FOR THE REASON THAT BOOKING.COM HAS NOT UPDATED(INCREASED) THE RESERVATION RATES INSPITE OF PROPERTIES' REQUEST. ( this time was my third stay)

REQUEST ANYBODY/EVERYBODY NOT TO PAY ANY ADVANCE FOR BOOKING THIS PROPERTY....................🤞

Pros:

Good Average Hotel, but the worst part is Rooms don't have Fans and to make Matter worst the Windows does not have Net window...so Mosquitoes attack like anything. Hot water was also not consistent. Rest Breakfast, Service are GOOD

I would really apprecite the reception guy who take care of us and made us feel like home during our stay. Apart from this roomwas good and spacious. Enjoyed my stay there.

Not value for money, amenities, service, food quality not upto the mark what we are paying for.
Surprisingly no hk service in two nights of stay?
I spend appx 6700 for stay and 3k for food.
I should better stay in Ginger rather than book here.
