Vooral de locatie

Cons:

Geen ontbijt wegens verbouwing.
Wel de keuze gekregen voor ontbijt op een andere locatie.
Kamer was erg klein en er zat schimmel op de badkamer.

Leuk hotel op een geweldige ligging
Pros:

Heel aardig personeel! Leuk ingerichte kamer en hele fijne bedden. Het is een oud gebouw en dat zie je ook maar wij vonden dat juist leuk.

Cons:

Kamer was erg klein. De badkamer was aan de overkant van de kamer waardoor je over de gang moest om daar te komen. Dit was van te voren netjes aangegeven, echter is dit niet heel ideaal. Voor 1 nachtje was het geen probleem.

Lieve hotel eigenaren die je graag op weg helpen voor een fijn verblijf.
Pros:

De locatie was heel goed net voor de winkelstraat en terrasjes, hier had je geen last.
als je naar boven liep kwam je direct de de fluweelgrot en de ruïnes uit.
Ook kan je vanaf het hotel een mooi wandeling maken door de omgeving door het bos, langs kastelen en een rivier waar je lang kon lopen zodat je weer uit kwam bij de terrasjes en de winkels.
Voor het ontbijt zijn we naar De Bongerd geweest op advies van de eigenaren, daar kon je heerlijk ontbijten. ook zou eventueel naar een ander restaurant kunnen gaan.
wij vonden het een fijn verblijf en hebben genoten van Valkenburg.

Cons:

we konden de auto niet voor het hotel kwijt maar we werden wel geïnformeerd over het parkeer beleid.

Great value for money ideally located hotel
Pros:

Comfortable hotel in the perfect location. Room was compact and bijou but had all that we required. Water and coffee/tea too….although perhaps some China cups would be nice. The bed and duvet was super comfy and the shower hot and good pressure.
The staff were so friendly and helpful and the bar a real treat after a day sightseeing.
The hotel is in need of updating but the owners are new and this take time and certainly didn’t detract from our comfort or enjoyment. Excellent value for money bearing in mind its central location.

Séjour décevant, tant au niveau de l'hôtel que du marché de Noêl de Valkenburg !
Pros:

Etablissement très bien situé. Personnel très accueillant et souriant. Lit confortable.

Cons:

Deux étages sans ascenseur, attention pour les personnes à mobilité plus ou moins réduite. Pas de petit déjeuner sur place.
Chambre très petite, avec une salle de bain située à l'extérieur et pas du tout chauffée. Impossible d'y faire sa toilette, heureusement la chambre comprend un lavabo ! Le rapport qualité/prix est excessif !
