La amabilidad del personal,si los necesitas están disponibles para los huéspedes. Muy limpio, tranquilo. La cama muy cómoda. Está cerca del centro,puedes ir andando pero hay que tener en cuenta que está en la zona alta. Siempre puedes tomar el funicular desde Montesanto por1,30€. Al estar en la zona alta tiene buenas vistas.

La situation a quelques minutes à pied des principaux centres d’intérêt la gentillesse de Giovanni qui vient dès que vs l’appelez vs monter à l’appartement car 200m en côte pour y accéder la réception de Mario pour vs expliquer les détails et répond à ttes vos questions ou demandes spécifiques on a adoré ce séjour c’était parfait

The property is very well managed with the onsite manager Mario being unbelievably helpful in every situation. A private balcony meaning we always had privacy. All the appliances to make eating at home just as beneficial as going out to each. Any question we had, we sent a text to Mario and it was answered in moments. Mario was an essential part in how easy hour holiday travelling became. The hot water was plentiful and the supplied towels, bedding and other comforts were all more than enough. The heating was very good meaning we never had to feel cold

The location was good in terms of near public transport to nice shopping and restaurants but the hill back to the apartments was steep!

This Excellent, spacious apartment is located on an elevated position just beyond the Spanish quarter, and a walk away from the medieval Castel Sant'Elmo (offering incredible panoramic views of Naples) and the fantastic Vomero area. Moreover, upon ascending the curved private road to the building, you will likely be enthusiastically greeted by Giovanni, who besides being the cheerful individual that you will get to know best during your stay, operates the shuttle service for those who require assistance. Notably, this is a family operated business of individual apartments within a charmingly renovated building, providing surprising peace and calmness given the chaos of the city which awaits below.

Having been warmly greeted by Mario and shown to our apartment, on entry it appeared of particularly generous size, with a convenient kitchen area which opens onto a small courtyard, and included were all the essentials necessary to make your stay delightful. The two bedrooms were also of excellent size, with comfortable mattresses, ample storage, high ceilings and large windows for natural light. Furthermore, throughout our stay, Mario and Giovanni did their upmost to make us feel welcomed and provide help/recommendations, with this personal feel added to the great overall experience of Christmas in Naples.

The location is convenient. Highly recommend to take the cable car right beside the property down the hill to the center. The neighbourhood to walk down the stairs is not very clean and dark. Mario were super helpful. The cleaning staffs also did a fantastic job to keep the rooms clean.

Personale accogliente disponibile

A spacious place with two comfortable bedrooms and good-quality beds. We couldn’t enjoy the patio much as it was already a bit cold for sitting outside, but in summer it must be perfect for relaxing. The bathroom is practical, with an antechamber that’s convenient for leaving clothes. The kitchen is well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals.

Todo. Comido, limpio y bien situado porque aunque es la parte de arriba de Nápoles, evita el bullicio de la ciudad al irte a descansar

Size of the apartment was very spacious, Mario was excellent in welcoming us and providing advise and tips, Mr Giovanni the driver taking us up and down the hill complimentary was so helpful, highly recommend staying here, awesome location and access to transport easily.
