Ok if you need a place to stay. Just OK, nothing more.
Pros:

Good location within walking distance of Santa Maria. Large room. Clean. Breakfast was hearty but a bit pricey at 11,000 ECV. Disappointed that there was no WiFi as advertised.

Cons:

No wifi. The development is soulless and feels dead.

Nel complesso ottima esperienza. Personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione buona. Aria condizionata e Wi-Fi presenti. Piscina con tanti lettini. Cucina con tutto il necessario per cucinare

Pros:

This establishment offers an exceptional experience, largely due to its outstanding personnel. Juliana, in particular, provided invaluable recommendations for exploring the island, which significantly enhanced our overall visit. While there was an initial concern regarding the Wi-Fi connectivity, the team actively pursued a resolution, and a solution was successfully implemented on our final day. Although the timing was late in our stay, we deeply appreciate the considerable effort invested. Our stay was highly satisfactory

Je regrette d’avoir séjourné dans cet hôtel.
Pros:

Les infrastructures d’un point de vu extérieur son jolie.
Le personnel a l’accueil est gentil et aimable.
La plage de Ponta Negra est sublime.

Cons:

La litterie est de mauvaise qualité. Les appartements sont équipés du strict minimum.
Le ménage n’est pas satisfaisant durant le séjour. Et il n’y a pas d’horaires fixes pour le passage des femmes de chambre.
Le réseau wifi est catastrophique.
Les navettes mises à disposition pour aller à la plage ou à Santa maria est une super bonne idée mais elles sont trop petites pour le nombre de touristes avec un manque d’organisation qui amènes des tensions. Il faut arriver minimum 30 min avant son départ pour espérer avoir une place.
Le service au bar de la piscine n’est également pas satisfaisant on peut parfois attendre jusqu’à 1h30 pour avoir commandé un sandwich. Et le personnel n’est pas toujours aimable.
Je regrette d’avoir séjourné dans cet hôtel.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr dunkel und die Betten leider äußerst unbequem. Die Matratzen sind deutlich durchgelegen. Insgesamt wirkt die Unterkunft ziemlich abgewohnt. Kein WLAN. Obwohl angegeben wurde, dass das Internet funktioniert, war es leider nicht der Fall. Während unseres 4‑tägigen Aufenthalts wurde das Problem nicht behoben. Sehr enttäuschend.

Buena relación calidad precio, bastante bien situado y conectado (había buses a la playa y al pueblo incluidos en el precio) y el personal encantador.

Cons:

El wifi solo funcionaba si te ponías en el balcón. El calentador de agua un poco pequeño, se acababa el agua caliente pero se regenera bastante rápido.
