Tutto sommato ok
Pros:

Tutto sommato buono , colazione e pranzi molto buoni e vari , da migliorare su altri aspetti

Cons:

Difficoltà a parlare con il personale , scarso livello inglese. Problemi con i pagamenti con carte con pin a 5 cifre.

absolute dissapointing
Pros:

Sunset, the beach is far but if you don't mind walking 20-25 min the ocean is beautiful.

Cons:

Disappointig, in the accomodation it's feels like everythig will fall apart under your hand: couldn't close the balcony door properly, no air-condition, the kitchen is horrible, the absolute minimum, but don't use anything, because you can't wash it again. The pool outside is dirty, cold and not even lighted, closed at 8.pm, the local restaurant is acceptable but staff is below acceptable, they messed up orders not once, not twice every single day. When you walk around whach your steps because on sidewalk can easily hurt or brake your toes.

Pros:

Le personnel a été extrêmement gentil car j'étais malade. C'est l'équipe qui relève le niveau de cet établissement. Il y a une équipe géniale mais les logements , leur entretien ne sont pas à la hauteur de leur dévouement et leur professionnalisme surtout vu les prix. Le propriétaire d'agua hôtel devrait mieux entretenir ses logements. Sans le personnel les botes seraient beaucoup plus faibles. J'ai logé dans deux autres logements de la meme résidence chez des particuliers ( auxquels j'ai mis 9 et 10) . Les logements étaient plus propres , plus grands , plus équipés pour beaucoup moins cher ( 25 ou 30 euros de moins la nuit).

Mediocre .... no da la talla.
Pros:

Servicio de transporte gratis a Santa María y a Ponta Preta y a Espargos . (aunque si ampliamente horarios mejor).
Por orientación para los viajeros; precio taxi del hotel a Santa María 5 euros.
El súper del condomio es cómodo.
El apartamento es amplio .
Procurar solicitar que os pongan en BLOQUE CACTUS ; cerca de recepción. (para captar el wifi) y estar cerca de la piscina.

Cons:

No hay WiFi en habitaciones; sólo en recepción algo inconcebible hoy en día.
No tienen habitaciones adaptadas a personas con movilidad reducida. (Les recomiendo adaptar alguna cambiando bañera por ducha a ras de suelo) ya el acceso a piscina sería correcto.
La luz se fue 2 noches (algo normal en la isla ) pero un hotel de estas características debería tener generadores .
El apartamento le faltan complementos como una cafetera de cápsulas .
Tuvimos que ponernos serios para que cada día acudiese personal de limpieza y cambiasen toallas.
Es un complejo en el que hay personas viviendo todo el año que comparten recinto con los turistas vacacionales.

Piacevole e no stress
Pros:

Il Residence Agua Hotels Sal Vila Verde colpisce subito per l’estetica, gli ambienti sono puliti e gli spazi sono ampi. Tuttavia, gran parte della struttura appare disabitata. All’arrivo si percepisce un’atmosfera un po’ “post‑pandemia”: blocchi chiusi, spazi silenziosi e informazioni sul perché sia così non sempre facilmente reperibili. Sembra quasi un piccolo paese deserto, un peccato considerando il potenziale della struttura.

Il nostro appartamento al piano terra affacciava sulla piscina ed era fornito del minimo indispensabile, sufficiente per una vacanza tranquilla e in linea con il prezzo pagato. La reception si è dimostrata sempre disponibile, pronta a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza.

Per spostarsi, è disponibile un servizio navetta gratuito per Santa Maria, utile senza auto, anche se gli orari risultano poco comodi, soprattutto per chi vuole rientrare dalla spiaggia e prepararsi per la cena. Personalmente, abbiamo preferito noleggiare uno scooter, che ci ha permesso di muoverci liberamente e vivere al meglio l’isola. All’interno del residence c’è un solo ristorante (non provato), un negozio che noleggia solo biciclette e un supermercato con prezzi piuttosto alti, quindi conviene organizzarsi con i supermercati di Santa Maria, dove i prezzi sono più accessibili.

In sintesi, il residence è ordinato e gradevole, ma la sensazione di desolazione può sorprendere chi cerca più vita e servizi attivi. È ideale per chi cerca tranquillità e relax, magari trascorrendo momenti piacevoli in piscina.

Cons:

Fasce orarie servizio navetta per Santa Maria, inoltre la sera, se si resta nel residence, non resta che dormire, perché non c’è nulla da fare all’interno.
