Super moment
Pros:

Logement bien équipé. Nettoyage fait parfaitement chaque jour.
L’hébergement n’est pas loin à pied de Santa Maria. Il y a des navettes gratuites.
Un restaurant, un petit supermarché c’est très pratique. On a passé un bon moment dans ce logement agréable.

Cons:

Il n’y a pas de wifi dans les chambres c’est la première fois que ça nous arrive. C’est assez dommage, il faut aller à la réception pour avoir de la connexion.
Lit pas trop confortable mais ça fait l’affaire.

Little bit far outside of Santa Maria but good as we enjoyed the 20 minute walk into the town and a taxi is only 5 euro

il pool bar non c’era, il lido nella spiaggia neanche, la navetta aeroportuale nemmeno nonostante sia segnata, il wi-fi non funzionava e le navette giornaliere erano sempre piene e dovevamo sempre farci o mezz’ora a piedi o prendere il taxi

Séjour très agréable dans l’ensemble avec un personnel disponible et agréable. Très bien situé

Le personnel est très agréable , l’emplacement de l’hôtel n’est pas loin du centre ville

uitgekozen op het zwembad en prijs, rest viel tegen.

Cons:

ontbijt oordeel voldoende maar voor de kosten was er niet genoeg keus. te vaak geen borden, glazen, eieren, brood, ....

kamers zijn zeer gehorig, veel geluidsoverlast van meubels, deuren van de andere apartementen. In de bedden je kan je niet omdraaien of je word wakker van het kraken.

apartement staat de gehele dag in de schaduw en is koud, airco om te verwarmen werkt niet.

na 3 dagen vragen toch maar wifi gekregen.

shuttelbus gaat niet vaak genoeg

O café da manhã era bom, o atendimento dos funcionários, em sua maioria, também. Mas penso que por serem limitados ao que o Hotel tem pra oferecer, ou seja, quase nada, não há muito o que pudessem fazer.

Cons:

Eu reservei um quarto com wi-fi e tv. Não tínhamos nenhum dos dois no quarto.
Foi informado sobre o problema, disseram que iriam enviar alguém pra ver a questão da tv: nunca foram.
Sobre a internet, me informaram que o Wi-fi só funcionava FORA DO QUARTO, ou seja, tínhamos que estar na VARANDA pra poder usar internet. Mas tem um detalhe, não se podia estar na varanda, porque haviam muitos mosquitos.
Portanto, sem tv, sem internet, o quarto parecia mais uma cela de prisão. Resultado, reservamos por 7 dias, ficamos 3. Tivemos que ir pra outro hotel porque a situação estava insustentável.

Excelente estadia
Pros:

Todo o staff assim com a diretora Juliana, foram super preocupados connosco para saber se estava tudo bem.
A localização era excelente, o hotel tinha boas condições. O pequeno era muito bom.
