Muy cómoda la habitación, con piscina privada y aparte la alberca grande, lo unico es que esta medio escondido pero aun asi es buena su ubicación

Un hotel relativamente nuevo, un hotel demasiado bonito, muy cómodo las camas y facilidades, se encuentra en el centro de Tulum, muy fácil acceso y la recepción muy amables. La mejor opción para hospedarse.

The property is extremely cheap, and it is truly what you pay for. The hotel has no warm water in the shower, no iron or other essential “hotel items” but the employees are extremely considerate and helpful. Construction is happening consistently and while not disruptive there are random workers walking around the premise. The pool is very clean and the hotel overall is very empty which is nice. It is a bit far from the beaches and hotel zone so I’d recommend a rental scooter or ATV which you can rent from the premise. It is close to the downtown area but very safe and convenient

Sadly I can’t give this hotel a good score. When I arrived I was greeted at the front. The gentleman checked me in no problem. But then could not get my credit card to work to pay. Tried twice. I’d had no problems anywhere else using the same card so I think it’s a problem with the machine or the connection. Then we agreed I’d pay later. I was then given the key for a room on the 4th floor. No elevator. No bellmen. I had to drag my bags up about 9 sets of stairs at the very far end of the building. Then, at the top, about to die, I had to walk all the way back to the front of this very long building. I had requested a lower floor but I did not check to see if there was an elevator. Once in the room the issues started. The WiFi is spotty. Tried to call the desk. Doesn’t work. Tried to WhatsApp the main number. No one responded. Could not reach anyone by several methods. That would be bad if you had an emergency. Then I never saw the man again. I left messages that I was checking out early on my departure date to catch my flight. No response. He called after I’d left the country and I paid him, no problem. I wouldn’t try to skip out. But it’s not a place I’d ever stay again. If you like running up and down a bunch of stairs each trip then enjoy.

Insgesamt eine sehr sehr schöne Anlage. Wir waren im Juni/Juli für 2 Wochen da und hatten die Anlage quasi für uns allein(Nebensaison). An mancher Stelle noch ein wenig Baustelle, aber das stört nicht. Pflegt die Anlage weiterhin so toll, dann bleibt dies ein wundervoller Urlaubsort.
Ein großes Lob auch an das tolle und freundliche Team besonders Jonatan und Daniela. Vielen Dank für alles.

Es una propiedad nueva, tiene áreas que se ven aún en construcción, por el precio no se puede exigir nada desde mi punto de vista, el jacuzzi del balcón es muy pequeño pero eficiente, todo muy bien con la habitación lo único que sugiero considerar es que no tiene minibar, por lo que su pretendes llevar bebidas no te lo recomiendo se te calentarán. La alberca es grande y linda,
La limpieza y amenidades de la habitación cumplen perfectamente. Realmente es que considero un buen deal si solo planeas llegar a dormir, tiene TV de buena calidad. La persona que nos registró realmente creo requiere mejor servicio ya qué practicando nos punteo a donde ir y nosotros tener que buscar la ubicación de la habitación. En resumen si buscas algo barato solo para dormir creo que es una buena opción considerando el precio.

I loved everything about this stay! I had my own little private pool and I absolutely loved my room. I had a little kitchen and my bed was super comfy. Danny was a pleasure to communicate with. She gave me a lot of information about things to do around and places to go. I cannot recommend this stay enough!

Llegamos y la habitación no correspondía con las imágenes, sin cocineta, nos asignaron otra habitacion con cocineta y ¡oh sorpresa! El agua llegaba a intervalos y con un olor nauseabundo, debajo de la cama tierra acumulada, un condominio sin mantenimiento, los jardines extremadamente sucios, el contenedor de basura a una calle de distancia. Pésima experiencia...

La propiedad tiene buenos acabados, su diseño es atractivo, cuenta con amplitud, su decoración es bonita, sin embargo, no tiene buen mantenimiento, no se hace limpieza exhaustiva, hay polilla. plaga de cucarachas, mucha humedad. etc.
