Good location and sunset sights
Pros:

Location is excellent for visiting the beach and doing the city or Ha Long day tours. They arrange everything there. Breakfast was good, cooked by the family

Cons:

The map in booking shows the hotel is in fron of beach but there are new buildings in construction just in front. A lot of noise (cannot blaim the hotel for that)

Warm and Helpful Hospitality.
Pros:

The staff and the hotel owner were incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. They went out of their way to help us arrange tours and transportation, which made our trip much smoother and stress-free.

Đặt phòng view biển nhưng ko được nhận phòng đúng như đã đặt. Phòng giống như nhà nghỉ hơn là khách sạn 2*. Trong phòng khá là bí bách không thoáng. Giá cả phòng như vậy chưa hợp lí

Vị trí đẹp, gần quảng trường, chợ, bãi tắm... các tiện nghi đều có thể đi bộ là tới. View đúng sang xịn luôn, phù hợp giá tiền. Cô chủ khách sạn nhiệt tình thoải mái

Cons:

Tiện nghi nhà tắm chưa đc tốt : vòi sen nước chảy ko đều, bồn cầu bị trục trặc hệ thống xả, điều hoà cũng gặp lỗi.

Pros:

The room was good. Big, clean and comfortable beds. Bathroom was clean overall.

Cons:

Bathroom smelled weird all the time, we had to keep the door shut. The entire island as well as the Hotel got renovated while we stayed there so everything is currently a big construction project. Had to drive to different beaches a lot because no beach available in front of the Hotel. Staff was friendly but barely available. Called multiple times and waited a lot with no help.

Great Value for Price
Pros:

I was only here for one night but I think it was great value for money! Everything is a little old and not everything worked in my room but I think it's totally justified for the price. The location is great, just in front of the promenade, even through there's insane construction going on at the moment.

Great
Pros:

Fabulous location and wonderful, friendly staff. The gentleman at the desk was great throughout our stay, ensuring we were comfortable and knew of everything we could do in the area. Most people go to Cat Ba for Lan Ha Bay and the national park so rarely spend many days in the area.

Easy to walk to the beaches.

The room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

There were ants in our room and the hot water didn’t last very long - but it’s an island so I don’t expect a miracle.

There is also construction in front of the hotel that will be there until 2027 I believe - not the hotels fault.
