Amazing stay in the heart of Zahle
Pros:

First to start with the location, its in the center of zahle and close to everything; mini markets, restarurants, pubs, and all types of shops. Also close to the popular berdawni area. All are within walking distance. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel management and staff were super nice and friendly. The value for the price paid was excellent.

Great place in a great part of town with lovely customer service.
Pros:

Great place in a great part of town. Had a real homely feel about the place, the service was great and the staff there gave me great suggestions about things to do in Zahle.

Cons:

Only one thing is that the breakfast was faily limited.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels war außerordentlich gut. Man konnte alles fast zu Fuß erreichen. Überall sind Bars und Cafés, die fußläufig erreichen konnte.
