Badi'ah Hotel

Breakfast buffet was more for Asian taste (rise, noodles, stir fried veggies, chicken), but there were also sausage, eggs, beans in tomato sauce, cornflakes, water melon and toast. I found enought to eat so I could say breakfast was good. Wifi was very good too, worked well in the room. It was a big room and AC was working well. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. There was free transfer from airport to the hotel, just book it in advance. They arrange also transfer back to the airport with a small fee. There were tea, coffee and water bottles in the room as well as the fridge and water kettle. Water pressure in the shower was good. I think location was convinient too. I walked everywhere even the days were very hot. It was in walkable distance from the Gadong night market, Tasek Lama recreational park and the Waterftont. Google Maps just showed the longer way to the Waterfront and I found later there is a pedestrian bridge very short walk from the hotel and much less walking to the Waterfront and Omar Ali Saifuddien mosque. Really strange the pedestrian bridge is not shown in Google Maps. I was also happy that there was a good supermarket just 5 min walk away from the hotel. I found there everything I needed. It was also happy surprise that there was a good restaurant next to the reception, Bristodeli Cafe. They have extensive menu, tasty food with cheap prices and portions are prepared quicly. You can also pay by credit card. Pool was very nice too, not too crowded and there was good changing room with shower and toilet next door

До центра 10 минут пешком через пешеходный мост. Приятный персонал. Бесплатный трансфер из(в) аэропорта ( теперь только в одну сторону на выбор). Хороший завтрак. Можно бесплатно оставить багаж.

I am vegetarian so I can say that options were very limited and without any variety but whatever was offered were of good quality and staff were courteous and polite.

Rooms were large and showers were excellent. Good choices of restaurants nearby and close to a large supermarket. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good value for money.

Near the Omar Saifuddien Mosque. Beautifully illuminated in the evening at sunset. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get inside—it was closed.

Good location, big room

Boa localização, dá para ir para o centro da cidade a pé. Perto há um grande supermercado e máquinas ATM. Dinheiro estrangeiro não é aceite. Pequeno almoço razoável. Quarto espaçoso mas parcamente mobilado.

Hotel bem localizado e funcionários amáveis. Restaurante japonês bastante agradável e com desconto para hóspedes.

The pool was nice and the room was spacious. It's an easy 15 minute walk to downtown

Tämä oli mainio hotelli kävelyetäisyydellä keskustasta. Google maps väittää, että sinne on matkattava autolla, mutta totuus on, että keskustaan kävelee ihan suoraan kävelysiltaa pitkin eikä ole mitään tarvetta autolle. Hotellin takana oli paljon kohtuuhintaisia ravintoloita ja yksi iso kauppa. Emme epäröineet yhtään kävellä yöllä hotellille. Pieni uima-allas oli oikein tervetullut kuumassa ilmassa. Huone oli puhdas ja suuri ja suihkussa oli mahtava veden paine. Aamiaisella oli paljon aasialaista ruokaa tarjolla, luonnollisesti. Löysimme myös itsellemme purtavaa joka aamu.

Huge comfortable room

Overall, I had a good stay at this hotel. The location is very good and it’s easy to reach many places. The staff were friendly and helpful. I also appreciated that I could get a late check-out for a small extra fee, which was very convenient. The breakfast buffet was good as well and had a large selection.
