Nice stay and good location
Pros:

Overall, I had a good stay at this hotel. The location is very good and it’s easy to reach many places. The staff were friendly and helpful. I also appreciated that I could get a late check-out for a small extra fee, which was very convenient. The breakfast buffet was good as well and had a large selection.

Cons:

One negative point for me was that the beds were not very comfortable. Also, the window seemed a bit loose or not fully sealed, so it was quite noisy at night from the street.

Very comfortable, good location and amazing on-site food.
Pros:

Loved this hotel. Super big and comfy room. Onsite Japanese restaurant was amazing food and value. Swimming pool was very nice and breakfast was awesome. Not too far a walk from the waterfront and easy transfer to/from the airport. Staff super friendly.

11号下午到酒店用借记卡在pos机上付款3天房费184文莱元，前台说没有收到，可是我银行账户显示已经扣款，给前台看记录，前台一直说没有收到，前台后来联系老板和我通话，老板说他们公司没有收到钱，要我支付现金，我后来去银行A TM取钱支付，直到26号这笔钱都没有退回，显示已经支付，给他们反映也没有回复。

Great place to stay for its price.
Pros:

Room is spacious, for a cheap place to stay, it is great. Food is also very good. Location is excellent and plenty of parking spaces available.

Cons:

The furniture and bathroom are very old. The television could use an upgrade. Furthermore the bathroom door seals are very old, so when you shower a lot of water tend to leak out.

Pros:

Nice hotel little bit outside the center. Staff very nice and rooms quite nice too. Location and breakfast were ok. Enjoyed my stay in here.

Facilities have probably seen it's best days; were ok though.
