Very comfortable, good location and amazing on-site food.
Pros:

Loved this hotel. Super big and comfy room. Onsite Japanese restaurant was amazing food and value. Swimming pool was very nice and breakfast was awesome. Not too far a walk from the waterfront and easy transfer to/from the airport. Staff super friendly.

11号下午到酒店用借记卡在pos机上付款3天房费184文莱元，前台说没有收到，可是我银行账户显示已经扣款，给前台看记录，前台一直说没有收到，前台后来联系老板和我通话，老板说他们公司没有收到钱，要我支付现金，我后来去银行A TM取钱支付，直到26号这笔钱都没有退回，显示已经支付，给他们反映也没有回复。

Great place to stay for its price.
Pros:

Room is spacious, for a cheap place to stay, it is great. Food is also very good. Location is excellent and plenty of parking spaces available.

Cons:

The furniture and bathroom are very old. The television could use an upgrade. Furthermore the bathroom door seals are very old, so when you shower a lot of water tend to leak out.

Pros:

Nice hotel little bit outside the center. Staff very nice and rooms quite nice too. Location and breakfast were ok. Enjoyed my stay in here.

Cons:

Facilities have probably seen it's best days; were ok though.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the room was very disappointing. The bathroom was extremely dirty, with a lot of mold that had not been cleaned. The sink was clogged and the room had an unpleasant smell. I am very disappointed with the service provided by the hotel. The hotel management needs to place greater emphasis on room cleanliness.

Prima hotel met behulzaam vriendelijk personeel.
Pros:

Het personeel van de receptie, zij hebben ons goed geholpen met het regelen van vervoer naar Kota Kinabalu.
De kamer is ruim en het bed was goed, zo ook de douche was voorzien van alle gemakken.
Het onbijt is ook goed , wel meer gericht op het Aziatisch volk.
Ook is er een klein restaurantje bij.

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets.
