Once you arrive to Seymour Airport in Baltra Island, please take a public bus to Baltra Ferry Terminal where you should take a ferry to Santa Cruz Ferry Terminal. Then, take a bus or a taxi to Puerto Ayora. Give the driver the property's name and directions in order to arrive easily. This whole trip take approximately 40 minutes. To move between islands you can take a boat or plane; please check with your hotel the different schedules.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Highly friendly and helpful staff members. Popular hotel with great atmosphere at breakfast time. Professional business who also organise pick up or highland tour at ease on the way from the airport.

Cons:

There was no hot water for shower on the second night. It is also a little expensive for me.

Great Location, very clean and amazing customer service
Pros:

Great boutique hotel and outstanding customer service and staff. It is really well run, they take amazing care of their guests and go out of their way to help out. Naomi was outstanding, helped us out with some changes we had and stuff we wanted to acquire. The coconut and circular from the garden was a great bonus. Great l9cation, walking distance to the pier and walkable all over.

We stayed here over night before heading to the airport. Close to downtown and lots of restaurant. Staff was very friendly and hotel was nice and clean. Cab preordered for early morning drive. Answered messages quickly regarding my travel questions
