the location is little bit far from 7-11 and food market. room is so dark and there are mosquitoes. We were not well-cared for by the staff such as the information to booking the room for over hours.

No kettle, the bathroom stinks, air con was making a funny noise, booked for 6 nights stayed for 1 and didn’t get a refund or any nights. Receptionist was not the friendliest. AVOID

A dreadful hotel / not suitable for Westerners
Pros:

Nothing - I checked out after one night

Cons:

Noisy, dirty, no tea or coffee making in room. No breakfast available. In very poor run/down area

Bed was comfortable. Location's not great.
Pros:

Beds were comfortable and A/C was sufficient for January. The room was very affordable, especially since I booked around 5pm the day I arrived. I had a large room for 4 people, but it was just me.

Cons:

Room was Spartan but comfortable. Only one chair and desk even though there are beds for 4. Hot water wasn't very hot. Nighttime staff didn't speak any English. I thought it would be an easy walk to Future Park Rangsit, but the roads were very unfriendly to pedestrians. I would have stayed closer to the mall, but the other hotels were fully booked.
