l’équipe pour son accueil exceptionnel. Le personnel est tout simplement remarquable : souriant, attentionné, bienveillant et toujours prêt à aider. Leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme ont réellement fait la différence durant notre séjour.
Les lits pourraient être un peu plus confortables, mais cela reste tout à fait correct pour quelques nuits. serait important de mettre à jour la page internet (ou les informations sur les plateformes de réservation), car certains services mentionnés ne semblent plus être proposés. Cela éviterait toute confusion pour les futurs clients.
Le personnel était accueillant et sympathique
Le personnel, le cadre qui était très apaisant et convivial. Après une belle rénovation ils pourront arriver au sommet
Ants in the room, bed was like a rock, nothing on including the electric ,managed to get him to put the WiFi on but was soon unplugged as was most things.no hot water for a shower
The included breakfast consisted of half a french stick a mouldy looking pot of marmalade and a spread cheese triangle. The location was far from anything ,,but the upside is that you are right on the beach and the views are nice ,apart from that a total let down and would avoid.
It was in a good location
No water, toilet didn’t work, no WiFi as promised, AC didn’t work. Pool was half empty.
I liked how quiet it was and the proximity to the beach & nature. I‘ve enjoyed going out in Saint Louis, a boat trip to a reserve and the ocean as well as a concert for New Year‘s at the neighbouring resort
The internet was spotty, slow at times and it‘s not possible to pay by card

This is at booking.com a 4-star hotel. Reality is more like 1 star. It might have been good but today is very rundown. The pool water was dirty. ACs did not work. The toilets were in bad condition and some did not work at all! The beds were dirty!
The hotel is located on a very secluded stretch of sand. Look out for the hotel signage on the road in order to find the correct turn for the hotel.
The pool water was a very nice temperature, not cold but perfect for a swim. You also have the beach where you can go for a private swim.
The breakfast is nice, coffee, assortment of jam, omelete, tea, bread and crepe.
Dinner was also very good. We chose the option for Fish, french fries, and salad.
The only difficult part was the wifi and the hot water. The generator was not working all the time so we did not have a warm shower and the wifi was not strong.
But it's a very nice place if you want to relax and stay off the grid.
This was such a wonderful accommodation , close to Saint Louis but in a nice quiet village. The children loved it so much with daily walks along the lake . The rooms were well equipped ekth mosquito nets, cot for our baby. The staff were phenomenal! Khalifa, Amandi, Salif and the lovely lady who served us food daily made our stay memorable. Thank you so much! We would definitely return. Our children enjoyed their time in Gandiol and having evening walks in the village and playing with the children was a highlight too. Jerejef!
Our stay was too short, only 4 days
Personalized service ,the place itself, the food was good,the pool was nice ,we can even swim in the Laguna which was fun . The staff was very very nice and helpful.
The ac did not work that well but they had some, the tv did not work and the wifi was very very weak !
Breakfast was amazing! Amady was very friendly
The pool was kind of duty with insects on top. The cold was opaque instead of blue.
