Location was great!
Staff very pleasant.

Cons:

Bed mattress needs to be changed. Very old, hard, and creeks. Bathroom tap had a small stream of water. Everything in room needs updating. Really old and upper shelves very dirty. no fan in room, but a stand up unit was provided upon request. Deck railing provides no privacy...

Cons:

I paid for additional persons but the room is still the same, I thought it will have additional beds as well or change it to bigger room but they didn't. Didn't provide as well extra towels for my additional guests, the staff said he will bring but he didn't.

Pros:

La posizione centrale, l’aiuto con le valigie non avendo un ascensore né un accesso carrabile (accesso solo dalla spiaggia sabbiosa). Offrono teli mare giornalieri.

Cons:

Vendono delle escursioni, ma attenzione non sanno bene cosa è incluso né quanto durano. A colazione i succhi non sono inclusi, vanno pagati extra.

I felt so safe and happy.
Pros:

I loved their surprise when they learnt it's my brithday. I am so happy about it. I might have not reacted good enough because of lack of sleep but I loved it so much. On the other hand; room, view, pool, breakfast... All of them were exceptional. And of course, staff was so helpful and good-humoured. Thanks for everything!

Pros:

Location is very central, staff were friendly, room was spacious

There was a cockroach, a few of them in the bathroom. I think it's just the Philippines.

Place looks outdated but still a good place to stay, staff were very good.
Pros:

Beachfront, good value for the money, breakfast included with decent selection and variety, room was spacious, outdoor pool, live music at night, great dinner menu, staff were excellent!

Cons:

Toilet had leaks, shower wont drain properly, property looks outdated, our room was beside staff area so had lots of activity and the gate was noisy,

Do your own research! Stop wasting your time with third parties.

I like the breakfast request from the waiter.

Cons:

I did not like the rooms. I thought for the over 13K for a pool view side was overpriced. The Booking.com advertised the SeaView for over 13K, but when I got the hotel the front desk gave me a room with a pool view side. This third party website gave me a dismay with their misinformation; as soon as I paid for the SeaView, the Booking.com gave me a different room.
