Pros:

The location is quite nice, it’s a beach front location, close to the mall and main ports where you depart for guided tours. Breakfast is relatively ok, although more options would be nice mainly on the fruit side, however I saw this was a problem mainly everywhere even with local vendors. Rooms are big, the air conditioning is new and works great (this is a problem in other locations in Manila). Staff super great, they helped us with an airport transfer (van+boat+van - both ways, for an extra cost, but it’s worth it rather than doing it by yourself since it’s much fastar and you get baggace assistance and pick up/drop off). Even received a custom bracelet with our names graved at check out. Laundry can be done at request, for house keeping is best to ask at the front desk and handover the key before you leave for the day, they will take care of everything, else you might end up with nothing, including towel change, but if you read the house rools it’s mentioned over there !

Cons:

I would say the water pressure, it is quite low… and the furniture is a bit old, probably doing a full make up of the place would cost more, thinking this involves changing the plumbing also, and since rain and storms are big and tend to destroy a lot of buildings here (saw that with near by properties), they might think twice before doing so - this is a common problem here, not specifically with this location.

Pros:

Staff were very accomodating, always available to assist and always happy

Cons:

Rooms were a bit dated and needed some minor repairs. Pool, whilst clean, was heavily chlorinated. Also no refreshments available poolside.

Cons:

Their bed squeeks everytime you move. Very annoying when you’re a light sleeper. I think the resort needs a makeover. The tiles of the bathroom is so moldy, if you use the flush no water will come out from the shower. View going to our room is so dirty, we can see the clothes from the neighbor hanging. I called front office 2:00pm for a massage reservation by 5:00pm. When it was 5:10 I tried to call front office to follow up but that’s the only time they told me no therapist available. If they have informed me earlier then I could look for another one. Tone of the front office is so sarcastic in the apologies.

Un établissement chaleureux grâce à son personnel
Pros:

L'accueil, la gentillesse du personnel. C est le plus grand plus de cette établissement. Je recommande vivement cet établissement pour les familles.

Cons:

Attention à l'humidité dans les chambres gros point négatif pour nous. Améliorer la connection wifi pour la tv.

Cons:

Bed mattress needs to be changed. Very old, hard, and creeks. Bathroom tap had a small stream of water. Everything in room needs updating. Really old and upper shelves very dirty. no fan in room, but a stand up unit was provided upon request. Deck railing provides no privacy...

I paid for additional persons but the room is still the same, I thought it will have additional beds as well or change it to bigger room but they didn't. Didn't provide as well extra towels for my additional guests, the staff said he will bring but he didn't.

La posizione centrale, l’aiuto con le valigie non avendo un ascensore né un accesso carrabile (accesso solo dalla spiaggia sabbiosa). Offrono teli mare giornalieri.

Cons:

Vendono delle escursioni, ma attenzione non sanno bene cosa è incluso né quanto durano. A colazione i succhi non sono inclusi, vanno pagati extra.
