Pros:

The hotel's undisputed asset is its staff, who deserve 15 points. They organized the decorations, cake, and gifts for my son's birthday literally overnight. The hotel is located two blocks from the beach, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The room was clean and a nice size. The breakfast selection was good. The view from the rooftop pool was lovely (especially in the evening).

Cons:

Some elements show slight signs of wear and tear, but this is purely a visual issue that does not affect their functionality at all.

Pros:

A tengertől néhány száz méterre található a szálloda, a személyzet kedves, a takarítás tökéletes.
Az ágyak esetében külön tetszett, hogy az ágyak matracai kemények voltak.
A szállodán keresztül szerveztünk meg egy kirándulást Bana Hills-re, ami tökéletesre sikerült.
Lehetőség van mosatni is, nagyon kedvezményes áron, másnapra kész.
A reggeli változatos: minden reggel van friss gyümölcs, pho leves, friss péksütemények és kenyerek, kávé/tea, gyümölcslé, tojásétel, húsféle.
A szobába a takarítás során minden nap készítettek be friss vizet.
A medence a legfelső szinten van, ami tiszta és csodás kilátás nyílik a környékre.
A szálloda közelében van egy Pho levesező, ami kitűnő.

Cons:

Késői kijelentkezésünk volt, amit sajnos mégsem biztosítottak.

Pros:

The hotel was very good. Nice spacious room, with big bed, and was very clean.
Breakfast was good, with a big choice, and options changed every day.
My biggest praise is for Candy the manager. She was absolutely delightful. So professional, kind and helpful. She is a real credit to the hotel.

Cons:

The huge amount of building work going on in the area. The whole street is being dug up with open drains, and drills and angle grinders going all the time. I would avoid this hotel for a month until this work is completed.
Only other thing which really made me laugh, is the terrible evening security guard. He is an old man, with scruffy/dirty clothing who lays down in the foyer of the smart 4 star hotel every evening, right across the leather settees, meaning that no guest can sit on them. He makes no eye contact, does not smile, and does not seem to do anything? When I came through the foyer on my last night he was laying across the settees with a blanket over him, barefoot. It looks like a homeless person is living in reception. Maybe he is homeless, and they are doing a kind thing, but he just looks so out of place in a smart hotel, where the receptionists wear a smart uniform :).

It was a pleasant stay and the staff could not have been more helpful

The location was good the hotel was very clean and well cared for the staff were excellent

Cons:

The steps leading into the hotel were very steep and there was no hand rail. The breakfast was disappointing although we never left the dining room hungry it wasn’t very good

Pros:

Très bon séjour, l’hôtel est très bien situé plage, commerces et restaurants à proximité. Le personnel est au top, un service remarquable. Chambre propre, fonctionnelle et bien équipée.

Cons:

En fonction des chambres, la mienne avait une petite fenêtre avec vis a vis sur l’hôtel d’en face, mais rien de dramatique grave au store.

Pros:

Great staff. There was even a customer agent in the lobby who would book tours for you or answer your questions. Decent location with only a 10 minute walk to the beach. Good size rooms and an excellent shower. Good wifi and rooms cleaned and replenished daily.

Cons:

Breakfast was good but if I had to make one suggestion, maybe add cereals to the selection.

Le personnel est très accueillant, disponible.
La chambre est spacieuse, propre.
Le petit dejeuner, avec des variantes chaque jour, est très bon, très varié. Peut etre un peu plus d'options "internationales" seraient appréciées de certains clients (moi ça ne m'a pas dérangé en soi).
