Cons:

Bathrooms and bedsheets are smelling with guttka/Pan, with left over cigarettes in bathroom.

No Ac installed. But while booking showing as Air conditioned room. No geyser installed in bathroom. When asked he said he will provide immersion rod after 8 pm.

No lift facility.

Newly built good rooms but maintenance and facilities are poor
