Essere accolto da una persona che utilizza il traduttore non è professionale.
Avere la TV che non funziona, saperlo da prima e non fare comunque nulla non è un servizio accettabile.
Riservare in estate per l'inverno un'offerta irrinunciabile che presenta la miglior camera al prezzo dimezzato e poi ricevere la stanza più basica della struttura è palesemente una fregatura! Verificate le offerte online su vari periodi...

Das Zimmer hatte alles was wir gebraucht haben und für uns hat es gestimmt.
Pros:

Grosser Balkon mit schöner Aussicht. Freundliches Personal. Busstation befindet sich gleich vor der Haustüre.

The location was beautiful

Cons:

I made a reservation and tried cancelling 2 mins later since for some reason it only said stay for 1.
When i called. I was given the option to pay double the price for an extra room or loose all.
We ended up paying. Other than this inconvenience i guess it was not that bad.

Pros:

Wir checkte nach einem Tag auf der Skipiste ohne Erwartungen im Old Jnn ein und wurden echt positiv überrascht. Gemütliches, sauberes Zimmer, grosser Balkon und gratis Parkplatz. Und das zu einem wirklich guten Preis! Wir kommen wieder!

Hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.
Pros:

eine sehr schöne Lage, direkt an der Strasse. Für Skifahren, Ausflüge müsste man das Auto oder den BUS nehmen. Ein Wasserkocher mit Tee und Kaffee vorhanden. Das Parkieren war gratis.

Cons:

Die Ansprechperson am ersten Tag konnte kein Deutsch und Englisch war aber freundliche. Beim verlassen des Zimmers war niemand anwesend.
