Cons:

We arrived in the apartment in the afternoon at 37 degrees in Marrakech. We checked in, and wanted to cool down a bit and wanted to use the air condition. The lady welcoming us, told us we are not allowed to use the air condition, for the reason that people use it too much, and it would cost too much money.
After a bit of discussion, she asked where we are from and after we told her and she liked our background, she agreed that her son can give it to us, and we need to contact him.
We did that, and he boldly told us, he won't be back before midnight, than we can have the remote to use in the apartment we paid for. And also commented "You only stay one night, what you need air condition for".

Location was good. No breakfast, didn't know we could have breakfast.

Alot of noise at night though in the building

Pros:

The lady who showed us the apartment was nice.

Cons:

They said that there were towels and toiletries, there were none, not even toilet paper. There was an Air Conditioned equipment, but we did not find the command. The couch was too small for 2 people to be confortable.

Unsatisfactory Experience in This Apartment
Pros:

- The central location - near the train station.
- Friendly welcome from Anouar.

Cons:

The smell was extremely bad. There was a loud heat exchanger in the living room that kept me from sleeping. That's why I looked for another place. I recommend you to save your money.
