Cons:

There is lot of communication gap between the fab hotels n the actual property. There was no manager or receptionist at the property only one caretaker was there who was completely clueless about situations and the bookings. On our arrival they cancelled our booking without any communication and told that there are no rooms. However, when we called the customer care and complained then they said there is one room available. After that also they were trying to fool us and take extra 2000 rs. from us. We again talk to the customer care and they solved this issue. This is completely unnecessary even when we had our advanced booking and payment two months before. Later at our checkout also they were trying to fool us again and take extra 3000 from us. The rooms are also below average. Light water geyser had continuous issues. This is very frustrating experience for us.

Awsum stay
Pros:

View from this room was awsum. It is very huge room and has big balcony.

Cons:

Nothing. But have to ask locals to locate the hotel. As staff had switched off mobile. Local taxi drivers are helpful in many case.
