great location, super comfortable room and super friendly staff.
Pros:

the location was great, breakfast was included and you went across the road to separate location to have it. reception staff were super friendly and helpful. even the cleaning staff were good, they cleaned the room every day

Cons:

room was a bit tight, but we did not mind, you get what you pay for. it was super comfortable and bathroom was quite large.

The staff was happy to accommodate the requests we made.

Cons:

Booked deluxe family room and was given a smaller twin room, had to speak to reception to change.

The cleaners was sleeping in the room we booked, which is fine they deserve a rest, but maybe close the door and dont make this visible to guests. Thats very bad

Central place, room for luggage

Cons:

Breakfast was simple and the coffee was just re-heated cold coffee.
Next to the hotel is a bar (where you also eat breakfast) and its loud at night.
The rooms are just superficial cleaned and at the morning we had to kill 2 insects.

Pros:

Good location, room is spacious. Nice staff.

Cons:

Breakfast average, not really any options for vegetarians. Beds and pillows are quite hard. Laundry, that is included with the booking, came back to us still wet and some items were missing but we had also been given other people’s clothes. I think they must just throw everyone’s items in together. Was a bit of a shame as we were checking out that day so didn’t have time to dry it meaning the clothes would go smelly in our suitcases.
