My only go to when in west Yorks. The views and peace and quiet make it my perfect get away.
Pros:

Balcony, views, peace and quiet, perfect room with all mod cons with tea bags, porridge and croissants to enjoy for breakfast.

Brilliant value, perfect location - we’ll be back
Pros:

Great location in beautiful surroundings. Perfect for a walk into Sowerby Bridge and excellent for attending an event at Halifax Piece Hall. Lovely balcony. Room spotless and well provided for - thank you for the breakfast! And the fridge with water in was lovely

Clear communications. Lovely big shower room. Some nice extras like bottled water in the fridge and porridge pots and pain au chocolate. Quiet location and lovely views.

Missing tea bags and there was already some water in one of the glasses.

Pros:

Good place to stay after attending a show at The Piece Hall in Halifax. Just a shirt train ride away. Very comfortable and clean room. Free porridge, chocolate croissants and water left in the room was an unexpectedly nice touch saving us having to find somewhere for breakfast on a Sunday.

Amazing rooms, comfortable beds. Immaculately clean. Great views.
Tea, coffee, bottles of water, porridge pots and pan au chocolate a nice touch.
Friendly, helpful cleaning staff.

Cons:

Lack of check in details, assumed there was a reception when access details were not sent. There was no information from booking.com to say access details would be provided nearer the time.
We provided our arrival time, arrived just after 4pm, couldn't get in, repeatedly rang the number provided and there was no reply.
Luckily the lovely cleaning ladies were on site,at the time, and were very helpful, they obtained key code for our room and all was well.
The access details were then sent half an hour later.
This was our only issue and only mention it as this could have been a real issue as there was no reply on telephone line and no reception to send an email.

Great value, good location. Comfortable and clean.
Pros:

Super clean, comfortable bed and great shower. Good location overlooking countryside and Halifax. Perfect for visiting The Piece Hall concert. Simple check in and out procedure. Good Comms. Great value. There is a fridge, which wasn't mentioned in the facilities, so you can take your own [breakfast] food.

Cons:

Nothing really. It's really a short stay/long weekend place.

Great accommodation at a good price.
Pros:

Comfy beds, fridge, wi-fi, tv, en suite, black out curtains, key safe self entry, quiet location and free car parking. Staff were helpful in providing taxi numbers.
