Very friendly staff, quieter hotel. Few min walk from the beach.Modern rooms and pool area. Fresh food cooked in open plan kitchen. More aimed at German speaking tourists.
No English speaking staff ( except one amazing receptionist). Food in restaurant is not properly labeled. But the service in restaurant is very good. No fresh juice or sparkling water available for breakfast. All sugary drinks. No proper coffee ( only machine with powder stuff) No proper cocktails ( all done jus in water or spite )
Excellent 4star. I spontaneously booked for a week (for work) and I am absolutely delighted by the hotel and the staff. The hotel is very new. I was lucky to have a superb ocean view. I went to some 5 star before but this view is extraordinary for a 4 star. Everything is brand new, the furniture, ACs, TV, lights, the bathroom, etc. The hotel is therefore very clean and has high standards.
The guests have a good mix. There are Germans, Dutch, British, Russian, and Turkish, it is well balanced.
The staff was excellent. Mustafa the manager is very courteous and could read any wish from my mind, he was always nice to chat with. I was particularly delighted by the Spa Team. The crew all has expertise in osteopathic medicine, physiology and special wellness therapy, etc. Particularly, Selim is an excellent masseur and very knowledgeable, he showed me some exercises, helped me recover from my chronic neck pain, and I learned a lot. Also, Hamza is an extraordinary masseur with great skills. Ask definitely for both of these guys’ services when there. Not to forget Tolga, who was very attentive and nice to chat with.
I am thankful for the whole crew. You won’t get this kind of attention and service in a 5 star.
The beach is a 5-minute walk, which I liked very much. There are dedicated seats.
The gym is well equipped with brand new machines.
In summary, this is a very special hotel where the staff and manager know and care about each guest. Not like a mainstream 5 star where guests are dealt with anonymously. Definitely a gem. Will return.
