Cons:

予約の際に二人で申し込んだ部屋が人数が一人になっているので、高い料金を前金で払っているにもかかわらず
料金が違うといわれたが実際には二人の名前も記入しており確認してもらった結果、申し込み通りの価格だったが
お詫びの言葉もなく待たされて、そのままチェックインしたが対応としては嫌な気分になった。
