Disappointing
Pros:

The balcony with my room after I complained about the substandard room I had been allocated on arrival. There was a fridge and kettle with tea cups.

Cons:

Disappointed on many levels and I have stayed in many budget hotels! The breakfast selection was clearly cheap, bulked out with stale biscuits and none of the Uzbek specialities such as raisins and walnuts. Not eating meat I ate some salad which gave me a bad stomach so I had to stay in my room near the bathroom. The cheese was warm and oily and obviously not refrigerated as I went to breakfast when it first opened. The bread was stale and I noticed that the sandwich I didn't have time to eat but put in my bag for the journey was already mouldy later that day. The first day there was no hot water in sink or shower despite running the water for ages. The floor down by the bed was filthy. There was no light by the bed and only one socket in a room designed for 3 guests. The noise from the other rooms and in the courtyard below was loud and continued late. Most of the time nobody on reception desk.

Good room for a short stop
Pros:

They were able to let us stay until 2pm because our flight was at night. The room was clean, spacious and close to the airport.

Cons:

Wifi can drop sometimes. It works but is just a bit flaky.

Pros:

Завтраки. Жонибек молодец, знает обращаться с клиентами.

Cons:

Под кроватью мусор и пыль. На белье чужие волосы, думаю все таки не поменяли. Отвратильный запах поставили в номере, аж голова болела. Вынес в коридор, немного стало легче.

Pros:

Для 3 человек,что пережидают транзит в Ташкенте - идеальное место. Также персонал отеля - парень Асадбек,помог моим родителям подобрпть экскурсию по городу.

Cons:

Матрасы были твёрдыми для меня.

Pros:

Обсалютно понравилось всё, персонал просто умнички, чистота всегда всё время убираются, как не попросишь. Бассейн всегда подогревают, , чистая вода. Отель просто супер, обязательно вернусь именно туда, бронируйте не пожалеете.

Cons:

Такого нету.

Pros:

Отличный отель, шикарные условия, очень вкусные завтраки. Самое главное очень чисто, не шумно и помогли со всеми вопросами🫶🏻 Отдельное спасибо Асадбеку , который помог вызвать такси, и все объяснил, помог с багажом и очень приветлив✨

Pros:

Отель приятно удивил удобным расположением рядом с центром и внимательным персоналом. Номер оказался чистым, кровати комфортными, интернет работал стабильно. Завтраки были достаточно вкусными, хотя выбор блюд хотелось немного больше. Особенно понравилась возможность заказать еду прямо в номер вечером !

Cons:

Na miejscu o 22 okazało się, że nie mają dla nas pokoju. Zaproponowali inny swój obiekt na ulicy obok (ocena hotelu około 5), ale zapłacić mieliśmy, jak za pierwszy hotel. Było bardzo późno, więc nie mieliśmy wyjścia. Hotel był okropny. Podarta pościel, odpadające gniazdka i stare, niewygodne materace. Dodatkowo personel obiektu Al-Said zgłosił bookingowi, że nie zjawiliśmy się na zarezerwowany nocleg. Nie polecam!

Cons:

They did not know we were coming, even though we had booked weeks prior. When we arrived at 2 AM, we were stuffed in a room next to the lobby without AC, even though we had booked that. There was a very small window looking into the lobby without a curtain and the lobbylight was on all night. We had to share one small blanket because they did not provide 2 for us. Overall DO NOT STAY HERE!

Pros:

Staff is very friendly. Whenever asked something, they were always helpful!

Tomatoes and cucumbers at the breakfast were very tasty!

Cons:

Breakfast is not their forte. The main con - water for tea taste chlorine, coffee is undrinkable, and eggs are overcooked (over fried), salads looked sere.
