Good hotel
Pros:

Everything was as expected, spacious clean room, regular cleaning. It was especially nice to get free early check-in.

Cons:

A few days earlier in Manila we were given umbrellas at the reception if it was raining. This is not the case here, it would be nice to add.

A Personal View of the Royal J Hotel
Pros:

The staff were excellent, we had a few gripes but these were dealt with immediately. The hotel is central for everything and in walking distance. They have a Chinese restaurant attached to the hotel serving the best food I've had since coming to the Philippines nearly 3 years ago. Parking a bonus

Cons:

The first room we stayed in looked at a brick wall, i asked to move, a small charge of 300peso was added , it was money well spent.The mattress was too hard for my preference. No soap in the bathroom, I agree a tablet is a waste so a liquid dispenser would suffice. A hand towel as well as 2 bath towels. Double glazing would dispell traffic noise, we were on the 7th floor but still noisy. They were a bit stingy on the coffee/ tea although we didn't ask for extra

Modern and quiet hotel.
Pros:

The hotel is very new and clean. I liked the bed, and the silent air conditioner. I also like the good chair, ideal for working. The WIFI was good as well.

Cons:

A microwave in the kitchen could be a good idea.

Overall, it is really a good value for money. The place is between Ayala and SM City which is good.
Pros:

I like the arrangement of the room and the size is very spacious.

Cons:

The only thing I don't like is they don't have a bidet in the toilet which is a downside for the filipino people which really use water.

Next best budget stay just outside techno-parks...
Pros:

Had a blast trying out dishes at the restaurant. I was both full and satisfied by the end of the experience. P.S. Best bring a companion or two when dining.

Cons:

Not much of a vibrant night life within the vicinity. Here's hoping that surrounding properties will be developed into establishments to look forward to in the next 3-5 years.

If you need to stay at this place, then stay longer to unlock it's recreational vibes.
Pros:

The room came with an attached wet room/dirty kitchen -type of space. I could only begin to imagine what else I could have done with the room had I extended my stay.

Cons:

There was no curtain to seal off the open area entirely. So it kind of defeated the purpose of having curtains. The property lacked an in-house restaurant that would have served meals. It's location wasn't exactly teeming with an active night life. You have to walk further out to discover and avail these late-closing establishments.

Especially girls at the desk on reception are amazing, very nice and friendly, really beautiful, smart, funny ladies, very quick helpful with anything.
