Pros:

The facility and the room itself was very nice.

Cons:

We had bugs in our bed. We think it was a combination of bed bugs and ticks and provide management with photos. We asked for a room change and received a room change -- but because we booked through booking.com they said they couldn't provide a refund.

Loved it! Would stay there again!
Pros:

Dinner excellent, very clean very comfortable. Very quiet. Also big enough for three people to move around comfortably. The only thing that was confusing was where to park when I got there. I did need to go into an alleyway to find a parking garage. It was fine once I found it!

Housekeeping didn’t make up room
On 2 nd day and I had to get upset and request it to be done. They kept telling us that it is marked as completed on their system and now housekeeping was gone for the day. They eventually sent someone at around 5pm to complete it.

Beautiful hotel, cozy room, great attention to detail, restaurant food was great, & fantastic location!

I really enjoyed the location. The amenities was very comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful. I will revisit that
Pros:

I like how close it was to the art museum, which was my reason for visiting Baltimore and I like how there are a lot of nice restaurants and shops literally around the corner from the hotel

Cons:

It’ll be nice if there was some type of sauna or pool, but I just decided that when I book the hotel
